UUtente ospiteThe hotel is an architectural marvel—beautifully designed and truly memorable. Service overall was excellent, with attentive and helpful staff throughout the property.
Our room was comfortable, and the stay started off promising, but there were a few letdowns. Restaurant service was slow, with dishes arriving out of order, and the food felt overpriced for the quality. Most disappointing was being denied access to the swimming pool—the lifeguard wouldn’t allow us in, saying it was too cold to swim.

UUtente ospiteMengzi Hampton by Hilton - Staff at reception was helpful As we wish to have a snack before we check in, we were told to leave our luggage in a room on 1/F opposite to the reception counter on the right. It was done as said. When we return to the hotel in about 30 min, no one was there and we went into the room and get our luggage. Not much security there!?! Despite of this, attitude of staff is very good.
Breakfast in the hotel is excellent. Since we stayed there only 1 night, did not look into available facilities. Room and linen are clean. It would be better if there is a luggage rack in the room, then we did not have to put our suitcases on the little round coffee table and on the chair. As we are senior, it is very difficult for us to leave the suitcases on
the floor.
Yuanyang Huawowo - excellent location for sunrise over the tier fields. All is good; the 20-25 minutes walk from carpark to hotel is a bit challenging for senior. There is a built-in rack for suitcase. Breakfast is tasty, choice of western breakfast(eggs and toast) or local Chinese rice noodles. Staff is very efficient and cooperative. The toilet and sank area in the room is partitioned nicely, but lacking a little privacy as there is no door to the toilet.
Jianshui White Hotel - excellent location in Jianshui old town. Breakfast is healthy, bento box of corn, congee, vegetable and egg in addition to a bowl of local Chinese rice noodles. Again no luggage rack. Staff is attentive and efficient though.

UUtente ospiteHo avuto un'esperienza davvero fantastica soggiornando qui una notte! Sono arrivato tardi ma sono stato invitato a partecipare a una cena con personale cordiale e altri ospiti. La vista dalla stanza era assolutamente mozzafiato e la stanza stessa era pulita e moderna. Forse non è il massimo dell'isolamento acustico, ma vorrete comunque salire per vedere l'alba! Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui in questo vecchio e piccolo villaggio piuttosto che a Yuangyang o simili.

CCamila The hotel manager was very helpful. He arranged to pick us up in a car close to the parking lot before our arrival. Our room was modern, clean and beautiful. The view from our balcony was breathtaking! You could spend all day at the hotel admiring the terraces from the hotel roof, restaurant or your room. The hotel manager arranged a driver to drive us back to the station. I would recommend the hotel to friends and family. We would stay again.

UUtente ospiteJackys Guesthouse si trova in un posto molto bello, la vista dalle camere è mozzafiato. La camera era molto pulita e confortevole.
Jacky parla fluentemente inglese. È stato disponibile ad aiutarci a pianificare escursioni nella zona, prenotare gite ed è stato molto utile in tutto. Anche il cibo era ottimo!!
Sicuramente tornerei alla sua guesthouse.

UUtente anonimoLa posizione è molto conveniente, proprio vicino alla porta della città antica, il capo è particolarmente gentile, prende cura molto attentamente, il capo di viaggio in autunno ha aggiornato la stanza. Le attrezzature hardware nella stanza sono migliori, e molto pulite. L'ambiente interno è ripetuto, mantiene l'originale edificio antico, con caratteristiche, molto tranquillo, C'è un parcheggio vicino a 50 metri e vive in un parcheggio gratuito.

TTigerIt was such an amazing experience staying at this beautiful hotel. I wish I could stay longer but due to lack of public transport during low season, I have no choice but to leave one day early.
The hotel owner was so nice and helpful before, during and after my stay. I saw the sunrise at the rooftop of this hotel. The staff at the hotel was very nice. We enjoyed our last day dinner very much next to the hotel. It was a pity that they did not serve breakfast.
I highly recommend staying at this hotel. My French travelling mates were so jealous of my hotel hahahaha! They paid more money than me but their hotel was not nice at all

UUtente ospiteThis was my third trip to Yuanyang rice terraces to watch the harvest, that I am fascinated by, during harvest season My previous trips I stayed at OneNess Resort (1/2 mile from Cloud). Both are great. Oneness is newer but Clouds has a vintage personality that is hard to beat. When I arrived, I was disappointed that there was no regular chains or small desk or table to sit at to work on computer and organize the daily videos that I captured. I just mentioned this to the manager and I went out to explore the area. When I returned, he had brought a table and chair to my room and placed them on the rooms terrace. The people here are so friendly and I personally take service and friendliness of the staff at the top of my list, Two of the young girls (sorry for the phrasing but I man 78 and we always used to use that terms as a compliment) tracked me down to invent me to come to the reception area and they would make me coffee. I was heading out so they quickly went back to the main reception and then returned to give me several “brew in you room” coffee pods. Fabulous location, fabulous people.. I’ll be back - God willing.

L'accoglienza è eccellente, buoni consigli e molto attento. Ho trascorso un ottimo soggiorno in questa magnifica cittadina.
Il vantaggio è l'hotel, il noleggio delle biciclette per andare a vedere il doppio ponte del drago, ad esempio.
Un grande ringraziamento a tutto il team caloroso e attento. Ho adorato il nostro incontro

UUtente ospiteCi siamo sentiti molto benvenuti fin dal momento in cui siamo entrati. Il personale della reception è stato cordiale e disponibile. Complimenti a 小李 e 苹 (il capo) che sono stati molto cordiali e ospitali.
Sebbene il pranzo fosse facoltativo, il capo ci ha chiamato mentre eravamo fuori per chiederci se volevamo tornare per pranzo, senza farci pagare. Ha detto che ci ha trattato come amici che venivano a mangiare. Abbiamo apprezzato molto quel gesto.
Tutto era fantastico, dalle camere, alla pulizia ai comfort, al flusso libero di tè nella hall.
L'unica cosa non così buona è la strada acciottolata che porta alle camere, il che ha reso difficile far rotolare i bagagli. La colazione è per lo più il solito 米线 e roba locale. È buona se non ti dispiace il loro cibo per la colazione in stile locale.
Nel complesso sono soddisfatto di questo posto.
