Adoro le nuove vibrazioni dell'hotel, la camera è relativamente piccola ma abbastanza pulita e nuova. Il personale della reception è semplicemente decente La posizione non è così comoda, devi aspettare il bus navetta designato da / per l'aeroporto o Tung Chung. Il negozio conveniente 7-11 deve camminare per 10 minuti dall'hotel fino all'Asia-expo, tieni presente che non è un negozio conveniente 24 ore su 24

Not a bad stay in general but I think it’s a bit of a stretch to say that the only thing that makes sense is that the game is a bit more complex and more challenging to learn and more complex to play. Good stay!

I travel through Hong Kong about four times a year ~January, February, June and August. I used to stay at the Regal at the airport for years but 2021, after COVID, when the Regala Skycity opened I've only stayed there. Service is great, buffet is sumptuous, and the bed is just right for me. They had a new feature when i checked in last month (August, 2024) ~ water thermos that can be filled from the passageway. It's so much better than plastic bottles. And the water was nice and cooling. Highly recommended!

The best hotel stay if you have a flight the next day. The staff are kind and welcoming. They are ready to tend to your everyday needs. This hotel has an airport shuttle that can take you to the airport. The hotel is full equipped and very comfortable. I enjoy staying here. Thank you again.

Another stay before an early flight out of Hong Kong, best way to guarantee making an 8AM flight. Comfortable bed and great shower, a nice outside pool too. The free airport shuttle starts at 6AM and runs every 15 minutes, runs right to the terminal door.

I’ve stayed at the Regala Skycity hotel on several occasions and my experience has been excellent each time. This was also my second free room upgrade which was a nice touch. The pool is fantastic and is rarely busy, which is ideal. It’s a great stay before your flight and I would recommend the hotel to all. It has a great viewing point on top of the roof and is a great location to view the planes landing and taking off.

Nice and clean. Comfortable beds and great breakfast choice. The thing they need to change is the opening times for breakfast. 7am seems late for an airport hotel. We had to quickly eat breakfast in about 20 minutes to get the shuttle. In the U.K., airport hotels start breakfast at 5.30am. Great free shuttle to the airport.

The carpets cause the place to smell a little funky and the doors are freaking heavy but overall, it served its purpose. Great for a short stay if one is heading to the airport. Not enough coffee and sugar for two people in a room. Also the room is rather small but it is beautiful.

An actually this is a good hotel. There are very close to the airport and easy to go but I'm not sure about the hotel staff service in Hong Kong is so different in Thailand even I thought I paid a lot for the small room if compared with other hotel in other countries. However I tried to understand that many hotel in Hong kong would have the same service

Our flight got delayed till 11:30pm, so didn’t make it thru the Regala Skycity Hotel free shuttle bus last ride at 11:45pm, we took a taxi with all our luggages for a short 5mins ride & reach the hotel. Next day take the free shuttle bus to Citygate outlet which run from 9am on an hourly base.
