Cozy Inn (Jordan Station)

Si trova in un edificio proprio accanto alla stazione Jordan. È un luogo raggiungibile non solo con la metropolitana ma anche con l'autobus N anche a tarda notte. Anche io, un Hong Konger per la prima volta senza senso dell'orientamento, sono riuscito ad andarci. Dato che li avevamo informati in anticipo, ci hanno gentilmente accolto anche se dovevamo fare il check-in nel cuore della notte. Il personale del negozio è stato molto gentile e ha tenuto i miei bagagli con me anche dopo il check-out, mi ha prestato il bagno e mi ha parlato attentamente dei luoghi turistici e dei ristoranti consigliati. Ero un po' confuso sull'ingresso dell'hotel e su come raggiungere la mia camera perché non avevo controllato l'e-mail che avevo ricevuto in anticipo, ma l'operatore di Trip.com mi ha aiutato con tutta la mia confusione e i miei problemi anche se era notte fonda. Grazie mille per la tua gentile risposta, che è stata davvero utile. La camera ha tutto il necessario, è pulita e offre un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo considerando il prezzo. Sono state fornite anche prese di conversione per prese elettriche, asciugacapelli e asciugamani. Dato che la doccia e la toilette si trovano nello stesso posto, potrebbe essere difficile per chi non è bravo a farlo. L'ultima volta sono riuscito a effettuare una prenotazione last minute per un soggiorno nei giorni feriali, ma la volta successiva, quando ho provato a effettuare una prenotazione sabato e domenica, la stessa fantastica camera era già occupata. Se non sei sicuro, ti consigliamo di effettuare una prenotazione anticipata.

was really nice room for the price and really friendly atmosphere. the bed was a little uncomfy and the walls are very thin so i could hear the room next door. But overall for the price i would definitely stay again and recommend.

For this price range is very good. Staff was excellent and the room very much as advertised. Recommend.

we booked a room for 3 for 2 nights with air conditioning and heater. the aircon was faulty for both nights, a portable aircon that releases hot air and waste water was brought in as a replacement on the first night only. the water heater and toilet door was faulty throughout. the bedsheets had obvious large stains on them. when we once again came back to a faulty aircon on our second night, we requested for help from the staff to solve the issue. the conclusion we got was that our money can be refunded while we were to move out of the hotel at midnight. after a long long explanation and help in negotiation from trip.com that lasted for around 2 weeks, we were offered partial refund but were told to keep quiet on what we’ve experienced. i feel that this experience should be made known so that other guests can properly decide for themselves thus i am leaving a summary of the facts of this whole incident. thank you.

Good value for the price, room is very small but functional, bed are a bit hard, shower and toilet are inside the room but in the same place. Location is good just near jordan metro station and bus station.

Space for two doesn't make a sense for 2 people. as 2 people can not stand in the room. Space is very less as shown in picture.

Hotel in a super good area, close to metro stations. Good prices, but it could be a bit cleaner.
