I booked this motel but i do not dare to stay, because many people give such a bad reviews, even some of the reviewers said this is a scam motel, they gave picture that show the room is not the same as shown in apps. I tried to apply refund one week before my stay, but trip.com give me reason the motel do not agree. So i’m very disappointed on this case. I know i do hv mistake (not reading carefully review before booking) but i think trip.com must protect their customer by selecting good hotel/motel in their apps to sell, isn’t it their obligation and that why we willing to pay more although the price higher than other apps???

This is perfect scam. The hotel is terrible, the odor and strange Indian religious music. Regret for my reservation😢😢

Just like all 'Palaces' in Delhi, go ahead, Indian bro. BTW, I get a little claustrophobia, sorry for paying without staying (I was wondering in the neighborhood and pushed off by the smell from all directions), can I get a coupon as half price for next time?😎😎 Kidding

As usual Indian hostel, no water in toilet cistern. But, there was boiled water, soap and shampoo and teeth brushes.
