L’hotel ha dei buoni servizi ed è molto attento all’ambiente, cercando di ridurre gli sprechi. Bella la piscina sul rooftop. Servizio e attitudine dello staff in servizio migliorabile per essere al livello di un hotel 5 stelle

È molto spazioso e nuovo nella stanza. Ci piace lo spazio con un prezzo ragionevole. Solo il trasporto non è comodo. Adoro anche il loro bar. Buon riposo in generale.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo se si desidera una fuga nel weekend. Luogo remoto e tranquillo, ma con navetta gratuita disponibile per la vicina stazione MTR e il centro commerciale. Bella vista sul fiume e deliziosa colazione. Vale la pena soggiornarci.

L'hotel è a pochi passi attraverso un ponte dalla stazione MTR di Shek Mun. È molto vicino. Anche i tassisti non vogliono portarti perché è troppo vicino. È molto vicino all'ippodromo di Shatin. L'ambiente è molto buono ed è molto nuovo. Ho scritto una recensione perché è speciale. Vorrei elogiare la bellissima signora dai capelli corti (molto giovane e magra)👍🏻👍🏻 e il bel ragazzo (molto giovane e magro) al banco del check-in all'ingresso scrivania. I due membri dello staff sono super pazienti e parlano molto gentilmente. È molto piacevole comunicare con loro. A proprio agio, vogliono sinceramente aiutarti a risolvere i problemi che incontri, sono molto commosso. Degno di essere un hotel a cinque stelle. Per me la stanza è stata trasformata in un appartamento. È molto grande. C'è un purificatore d'aria nella stanza e la vista esterna è fantastica. La biancheria da letto è molto confortevole. Ho dormito profondamente. Riesco a malapena a sentire i suoni esterni. Riesco a vedere la montagna vista e un parco divertimenti fuori dalla finestra. , la colazione è ok, la distribuzione dei pasti è un po' sparsa e sembra che ci siano molte varietà. L'hotel dispone di un bus gratuito e ha orari fissi per raggiungere determinate località, è necessario però prendere appuntamento in anticipo dopo le 7:30 del giorno stesso, se ne avete la possibilità scegliete di restare!

L'hotel è nuovo, pulito, la hall è confortevole e il servizio è buono.Abbiamo prenotato due camere e ci siamo trasferiti gratuitamente in una camera con vista sul lago.

It was convenient location for us with where we needed to go for work . The rooms are clean and comfortable there is a seven 11 just below so that’s convenient and there is the restaurant for those who wish. There are also nearby malls with food options and buses and myriad is really close for those wishing to head to other sights.

Good facilities, nice room and hygiene, big room, great environment.

Stayed in Alva Hotel for serval times already. The rooms are very clean with everything you need. It’s good to be environmentally friendly with water dispensers on each floor and with a kettle and a jug provided. There was even a coffee maker in the room. It’s only about 10 mins to reach nearby MTR stations.

We stayed here for one with night with my family. The suite is very spacious, very nicely decorated and clean. The bathroom is a full 5 piece set and the beds are very comfortable. Amenities are new and there is a very nice view of the Shing Mun River. I also like the free shuttle service very much which makes it very convenient to access the railway station and nearby shopping attractions. The buffet breakfast has offered a variety of choices to acommodate taste of different people. There is also a convenience store at the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended!
