Ramada Grand Tsim Sha Tsui

Simple hotel with comfort bed. It is convenient to go every where at Kowloon. Great price and the room is quiet and we had good night sleep for early morning to get high speed train. Found out outside can get 26 mini bus to there. Only no shelf for suitcase or anything to put on the table. Lucky we only have a small bag. Shower area is very small. Sink is in the bedroom very unusual design. The lift and lobby in golden colour. I liked the chairs in lobby. I feel very comfortable to sit on. But no plastic bag for rubbish bin. The room is ok but not very clean.

The hotel's location is its biggest asset, offering incredible convenience for exploring the city. We were just a short walk away from the MTR station, making it easy to get around Hong Kong's main attractions, and the surrounding neighborhood is bustling with restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and they were always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and although typical for Hong Kong, it was comfortable and well-organized. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. While we didn't use the fitness center, it's great to know that a good range of facilities are available. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. It’s a solid, reliable choice for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located base to explore the vibrant city of Hong Kong. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip.

Zo mooi als het hotel wordt geschetst op trip.com, zo groot was onze teleurstelling. Dit hotel scoort een dikke onvoldoende op alle vlakken behalve locatie. Het beddengoed heeft al vlekken Als je erin trekt en gedurende 4 nachten is niemand op het idee gekomen om het te verschonen. Kan ook niet, want hun manier van bed opmaken is gewoon de sprei even glad trekken. Er was nergens plek op onze koffers te openen of kleren ergens op te hangen. In de trip beschrijving stond 2 1-persoons bedden of 1 2-persoons bed. Dit suggereert dat je kunt kiezen. Niet dus : we krijgen gewoon 2 1 persoonsbedden, die dan naar elkaar toe geschoven konden worden maar dan lag je al snel in de groef tussen de bedden. Kwaliteit van de matrassen is niveau spijkerbed. Balie personeel sprak geen woord Engels en alles wat je met de translate app tegen ze zei werd glashard genegeerd. Doe jezelf een plezier : boek NIET in dit hotel, tenzij je een masochist bent

非常滿意，下次我還會來這個酒店。非常方便，坐車吃飯購物非常便利！

唯一好的 就是這個照片上的風景 其他我不想説了……… 跟內地旅館差不多的水平了😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

輕易不評論，但是，實在是太太老舊了，特別是床品不知循環使用多久了。。。都算不上賓館，最多是旅館級別😂 華美達怎麼淪落到此地步了。。。
