服務態度一流，連五星級酒店也比不上這裏的服務，值得一讚 .繼續努力 . 房間設計裝修大小也絕對有驚喜，未嚟過的朋友一試難忘 .
唯一就係地點有啲偏遠不方便 . 夏天的時候行過去奧海城也很熱

酒店位置就在奧運站附近，行路不到10分鐘，早餐豐盛，是半自助型式，check in後可到休息地區，有免費飲品提供，房間非常大，我們住標準套房有2部電視，浴室和浴缸都很大，但始終開業了一段日子，部份地方已變舊，值得一讚有微波爐，晚上可以買食物回來反熱，附近商場有大型超市，買多多都得，酒店在1樓沒有其他樓層，只有一個小型健身室。

Reopen hotel
This hotel is so grand that u think u are living not in a hotel room but feels like living in a luxurious mansion. Very high privacy, extremely spacious, comfortable and quiet. The room with living area, walking closet, and kitchen which like a suite.
Two things that can be improved is that the TV should installed with chromcast and provide shuttle bus to mtr station as it is quite far from it.

Location was not the best for getting to the metro, but the walk was worth it. There are some malls nearby with many restaurants and stores. The room was massive and by far the best I've stayed at. Will come again for sure.

I was upgraded free of charge and ended in room nr 10 with sea view, very nice and comfortable room. All staff nice, free of charge nespresso coffee in the room and also some non alcoholic drinks.

The room is big for HK hotel standards, inside all new, nice view, service is good, but staff fake nice, doesn’t feel like comfortable vibe once you enter. Tho, any request and questions we had were welcomed and replied.
Recommend to stay for nice view and good price

We booked a Junior Suite and got upgrade to an Olympian Suite. The room is huge and the ceiling is very high. I like the layout a lot but the interior is a bit old even though it is renovated recently.
