Great location Had a lovely stay here Quiet environment Clean room

I arrived at the hotel and was told they are overbooked, lousy service.

the room was decent and the staff was helpful enough overall a very good experience

Very bad service, I booked 2 day. But I can't enter to hotel first day. They didn't was in the hotel. And we can't connect to them. On the 2nd day, when I entered the room, there were a lot of cockroaches. We didn't stay in this hotel.

Location is good , restaurants and massage parlors around in there, The rooms are small but suitable and cheap for short stays

I made a reservation for about 250 HKD for 6m^2, and when I arrived they suddenly said that they will not provide unless I pay more money. They said there is a problem on Trip.com system and they never posted the room with that low price. So I paid more money even though I made a reservation. I saw other two laids who get refund from them even though they made a reservation before hand. They were expelled because there are no room left. This facility is not reliable, so be careful when you make a reservation, it could be not the right price and they will ask more money to stay when you arrive, and even they will have no room left for you when you arrive at the hotel.

Good luck finding the place. Never again will I waste my time! I don't even want to think about this day.

Difficult to contact the hotel service staff. Room are not as they posted,

I do understand that Hong Kong is expensive place but they have bad bug. Not my cup of tea
