La stazione più vicina è Kwai Hing, raggiungibile in non più di 20 minuti a piedi, l'hotel è accogliente e pulito. Gli unici contro sarebbero l'assenza di acqua potabile gratuita e il bidet nel loro cr.

Esperienza deludente. Abbiamo soggiornato per 5+2 notti e abbiamo anche pagato la colazione. Non solo la scelta di cibo era limitata, ma ci veniva servito lo stesso cibo ogni mattina. Davvero irrispettoso nei confronti degli ospiti. La posizione era pessima: in una zona industriale e molto lontana dalla stazione della MTR. Abbiamo dovuto dipendere dal bus navetta dell'hotel, il che limitava la nostra libertà di tempo. La disposizione della stanza era ancora peggiore. Nessun armadio e solo qualche misero gancio. Non avevamo un posto dove stendere i vestiti perché il nostro soggiorno era di sette notti. Il box WC non ha il lavandino. L'unico lavandino era all'interno della stanza accanto al letto, ed era condiviso sia dal box WC che dal bagno. Il piano di lavoro con questo lavandino incorporato funge anche da zona trucco. Un vero inconveniente per gli amici che condividono la stanza. È stato fornito un bollitore elettrico, ma non c'erano bustine di tè o caffè omaggio. Sono stati forniti solo articoli di base: un paio di spazzolini da denti, niente cuffie da doccia per le donne... ecc. Non torneremo mai più in questo incubo di hotel.

Good hygiene, with good and quick services provided from the front desk staff. Recommended.

Need to enter from carpark to take the lift up to lobby, if you enter from main entrance, you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

The hotel is quite far from MTR but they have shuttle bus service between Hotel and MTR every 30 minutes.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. Bad location. Though shuttle is provided but surrounded by factory buildings

Not a bad hotel for the price, just used as a base, took the shuttle that goes to the station every half hour, on time each time! If only they didn’t have carpets, as it smells, other than that, not too bad.

I had a great stay at Hotel Ease Tsuen Wan. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth. While the hotel is a bit away from central Hong Kong, the shuttle service and nearby transportation options made it easy to get around. I also appreciated the nearby local eateries and convenience stores. Overall, it was a good value for the price, and I’d be happy to stay here again on a future trip.

Hotel Ease Venue is great as it is in the middle of all tourist spots from Disneyland, Nhong Ping, Lantau, Mongkok, Kowloon with very accessible MTR stations with very good complimentary free shuttle bus to Kwai Hing Stations from Hotel Ease (vise versa) helps to reduce fare expenses i give 3👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Hotel price too surely a budget friendly and the staff from reception are accommodating to all our queries where the best way to go on our traget places to visit within Hongkong they can suggest you options on how to get there😊😊😊 That would be great if Bidet in toilet could be suggested to be installed.

Hotel in general is good however every night (4) other guests were very noisy. Slamming doors, shouting in the hallway, very disturbing experience.

It’s a bit far from the metro station. But the room is nice and clean. Staff sometimes don’t know what we’re saying but they are nice.

the toilet smells like sewage when you flush. We stayed in room 706 and 406 and this was the case in rooms. We notified the concierge and they just sent housekeeping to spray some stuff which obviously was not going to help as the problem was with the plumbing. The air conditioner was very noisy. The was no space in the room to open up your luggage but no cover provided to place the luggage on the bed. The shuttle driver was not friendly. The concierge gave us one room key card even two us checked in. The location of the hotel is complicated to say the least. Subway station is not within walking distance. There is no public transport nearby. The only only good point is the shuttle runs until after 10:00 pm. The pictures are very deceptive. Stay away from this hotel.
