Hotel a 5 stelle a Hong Kong Distretto di Wan Chai

A porter (southeast asian) wasn’t very welcoming upon my arrival, didn’t smile and I had to tell him twice that I was going to the spa floor to check in. The luggage took a long time to be delivered. No one was outside to get the car door, luggage or the door for me and I had to take it in myself to find a porter. A very different experience compared to my stay here in 2019. However, checking in at the spa floor was very pleasant and quick. During my exit, I saw some staff in the lobby whom passed by without any acknowledgment and the doorman didn’t even look my way. I did meet one employee in the elevator and she was very polite. The spa reception always great and felt different to the rest of the hotel. When I came back from my outing, one short doorman (of southeast asian or Indian origins) opened the door, to my amaze, only to let himself out before me. This was shocking. Another employee walked right through me with a frown. The room itself was intimate and relaxing, with a balcony but on the small side. All rooms are located on the spa floor which creates a respite from this big impersonal hotel. It has a quirky decor with lots of wood and marble. Nicely taken care of despite its age. Japanese-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub was amazing. However, the room needs comfortable seating as it has none and is all very low on the ground. Bedding was not up to the Hyatt standard especially the very thin duvet. Loud construction noises and outside smell would come from the balcony if you open the doors. The doors were also extremely hard to open. When I was blow drying my hair, a loud noise came from the hair dryer and a plastic piece fell out which really scared me. Room service was delicious but overpriced. The service was sometimes not very pleasant. Lunch at the Chinese restaurant was OK but very expensive for what you get. If you were to book this hotel make sure to only book the spa plateau or club rooms. The other ones are not worth it

Posizione abbastanza buona, vicino alla MTR e ai trasporti ecc. Personale in hotel e a colazione molto gentile, la reception sembrava brusca. Camera, corridoi e servizi tutti puliti ma molto stanchi: l'hotel sembra più vecchio di quanto non sia in realtà. La piscina sul tetto era fredda ma bellissima; viste fantastiche. Ciò che ha fatto la differenza tra mediocre e buono per me è stata la colazione, che era incredibile. Una vasta gamma di ogni tipo di cibo immaginabile: cucinato in stile occidentale, continentale, cibo locale, frutta, yogurt, cereali, pane, pasticcini, panini. Personale davvero impressionante e molto gentile in sala. La mia camera era un po' fredda e non riuscivo a far arrivare aria calda all'aria condizionata, quindi mi hanno portato una stufa elettrica che ha funzionato. La doccia era solo tiepida, ma sono sicuro che se avessi chiamato la reception avrebbero provato a risolvere il problema.

Service was great! We asked for a small heater in the booking notes and it was waiting for us in the room! The TV offered Airplay so we could watch our favourite Christmas movie on the big screen. We asked for chopsticks, champagne glasses and ice bucket via the in-room service link and they were delivered in no time! The room was clean and modern and very cozy!

La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente e vicino alla stazione di treno. Molto cibo e negozi intorno. Proprio al contrario è il Victoria Park. Il controllo in corso è stato un po' lento. Probabilmente a causa del picco di tempo, ma il personale ha assicurato di accelerare le cose. Il nostro soggiorno era grande, forse anche il custode poteva pulire sotto il letto, perché c'era una polvere sotto il letto.

Il mio recente soggiorno al Mira Moon Hotel di Hong Kong mi ha lasciato assolutamente colpito e desideroso di condividere la mia esperienza. Dal momento in cui ho messo piede nella hall, sono stato avvolto dall'incantevole atmosfera dell'hotel, adornato con elementi di design unici di ispirazione asiatica che fondono perfettamente la tradizione con il lusso moderno. Ogni angolo dell'hotel emanava un senso di raffinatezza e ricchezza culturale, con dettagli intricati che riflettevano la bellezza dell'estetica asiatica. Dagli arredi eleganti alle opere d'arte elaborate che adornano le pareti, ogni aspetto del design dell'hotel la dice lunga sul suo impegno nel creare un'esperienza davvero coinvolgente per i suoi ospiti. Uno dei momenti salienti del mio soggiorno è stata l'esperienza della colazione, diversa da qualsiasi altra che abbia mai incontrato. La colazione a buffet prevedeva una serie di deliziosi piatti dim sum, ognuno sapientemente realizzato alla perfezione. È stato un piacere concedersi queste prelibatezze tradizionali, assaporando i sapori e le consistenze che sono sinonimo del patrimonio culinario di Hong Kong. Ma ciò che distingue davvero la colazione è stata l'aggiunta di una macchina per il succo d'arancia appena spremuto, che consente agli ospiti di godersi un bicchiere rinfrescante di bontà agli agrumi per iniziare la giornata. Questo tocco premuroso ha aggiunto un ulteriore livello di lusso all'esperienza culinaria, dimostrando l'impegno dell'hotel nel fornire ai suoi ospiti solo il meglio. Nel complesso, il mio soggiorno al Mira Moon Hotel è stato a dir poco eccezionale. Dal design accattivante alle innovative offerte di ristorazione, ogni aspetto dell'hotel ha superato le mie aspettative e mi ha fatto desiderare di tornare. Se stai cercando un'esperienza davvero unica e memorabile a Hong Kong, non cercare oltre Mira Moon Hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato a St Regis per il nostro matrimonio. L'hotel è bellissimo. Le cose sono state estremamente utili per aiutarci a fornire un sacco di cose diverse prima del giorno del matrimonio. Grazie speciali per la bottiglia di champagne nella nostra stanza dopo il giorno del matrimonio. Torneremmo con grande piacere. Grande hotel. 10/10

Great hotel with excellent service! These kinds of service standards are very hard to find in Hong Kong. They helped me with early check-in and late check-out. The hotel is also very close to the convention centre, just 2 mins interior walk.

Vantaggi dell'Executive Lounge: Una volta arrivato in hotel, devo solo sedermi e bere un tè nell'area lounge e le procedure di check-in e i bagagli saranno gestiti da personale dedicato.

The room is great, spacious and comfy. The pool is good however lots of maintenance slots during the day. They close it around 1:30 and then reopen around 2 hours later. Then, close at 6 or 7pm? When to enjoy it when pick ours it is being cleaned? It makes no sense…
