Mi piace questo hotel. Cerco sempre di rimanere qui mentre è a casa. I suoi letti sono molto puliti. Tutti funzionano! .

Easy to locate, free and ample safe parking, close to many large shops and restaurants, staff were good and made obvious effort to ensure you are happy. Clean spacious room but requires a little makeover. We had odd cushions making up the sofa bed and the air conditioning is old and made us both very sniffly and bungee up the following day. View from our room on 5th floor was amazing. There was a breakfast option for an additional charge. The swimming pool was out of use however you were able to use the pool at the hotel next door. All in all a pleasant overnight stay.

Compendium: Customer oriented staff. Simple and comfortable rooms. Decent amenities. Well maintained. Very short distance to shopping sites. “So, why would you stay all the way out in Homestead, which is sort of like in the middle of nowhere?” That’s what a friend asked me after a few stays at this hotel at the tip of Florida. I informed the individual that this TownePlace was definitely a hidden gem in my eyes. It is definitely a distance from the major cities like Miami, Doral and FLL but it is still a great choice for many reasons. If you are fond of shopping then there is a shopping plaza ~ 5 minutes driving distance, with off-price retail stores like Ross, Marshalls, and TJ Max, and brands like Old Navy, Kohls and the must try ‘Its Fashion’ for fashionista females who might love trendy or urban clothing(I found myself wanting to either pick out some items for friends or just bring them and watch them find multiple beautiful items at a great price.) There isn’t much of a view but there is a Wendys in walking distance, and you can make a quick dash to Publix or Mcdonalds across the street. The front desk staff to the housekeeping and maintenance workers are always friendly, personable, and some staff like Sasha and Maria - definitely my favorite front desk staff and housekeeper, respectively - will always ensure you are comfortable and have everything you need during your stay. Maria would often ask if there is anything I need without being prompted or asked. Their personalities and work ethic are both awesome and perfect for their positions. The hotel also seems to uphold safety and privacy standards rather well as I’ve always observed them asking for identification in a polite manner. Even Jesus, one of the maintenance workers whom I constantly ran into, was very friendly and would greet me with a “hey” and smile even when I wasn’t aware he was nearby. But if you arrive at night you will possibly be greeted by Emory and Elias who are also very likable and amiable. As I’ve stayed at this location a few times, I can say that the rooms are well maintained for a hotel built in 2016. Maintenance ensures the hotel is well kept and preserved. The rooms are simple with no bells and whistles but you’ll feel relaxed and comfortable. The TVs are a decent size, maybe 47', and there is the basic selection of channels . They do come with a full kitchen setup. Utensils are provided. The showers have always felt clean and hot water is always available. The gym is a decent size(maybe borderline spacious) with an adequate selection of equipment. I once grilled at 2am in the morning and was even able to get an oven mitt upon request. The hotel does offer complimentary breakfast and it is a decent selection. There is often yogurt, milk, Belgian waffles, cereal, and veggie frittatas. The breakfast staff is very friendly so if you do not see something you like do not hesitate to ask, as I’ve seen about two people ask for something specific and the kitchen

Unfortunately this is the worst night I have had in many years. In short here are the reasons: #1 - Parking fee! #2 - Room AC broken / feels like a swamp! #3 - Not family friendly. No cribs or playpens available! #4 - Breakfast I have been traveling down from Wyoming for the last 12 days on my trip to the keys. Generally Fairfield inns are nice, but not this one. At first you are greeted by the front desk where they take your credit card “for indentals”. They then spring on you that there is a $10 parking fee to park in their empty parking lot with nothing around. Next we got up to the room and it was hot but I figured it would cool down. Nope the place got hotter and hotter the entire night despite me checking the settings to verify it was on high cool. After showering the place felt like a swamp. Imagine you wake up in sweat all night! The next problem occurred when we asked for a pack and play or a crib, anything! We were open! But we were told that there wasn’t anything we could get. So imagine how dangerous and unsafe it is to sleep with a little one. I also got kicked the entire night. So with the heat, humidity and having to sleep with a little one I had the worst night in years. Breakfast - Bacon, soggy slime eggs, pre made bagels with slimy toppings. Upon checking out I asked how was your night I mentioned the AC issue that the room was hot and felt like a swamp because the AC is not working. I mentioned my disappointment with there not being a crib or pack and play available for us. I was informed that unfortunately because I used a site like Hotwire, *******, that there was “nothing we can do”. So yeah, I wasn’t expecting anything out of this nickel and dime inn. I hope this review serves to warn others. This was worse than a motel six, worse than a no name hole in the wall. Yet demanded high dollar with the surprise fees. If I were to do it again I’d pay the $30 more and would have stayed at a Hilton.
