This is a second floor unit in the circa 1899 Masonic Building once owned by the famous Dennis Hopper. This condo has everything you will need to enjoy and close to all that Wilmington has to offer.This condo comes with one bedroom and couch. Very convenient to everything downtown. The living room has a nice leather sofa, upholstered chair, and a 50 inch Samsung Smart TV to watch your favorite shows and I provide Sling TV to catch many cable shows. There is also Netflix to enjoy. Wifi is available throughout the unit. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, range, and microwave. The cabinets are stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans, and baking dishes. There is a drip coffee maker for those coffee lovers.The Bedroom has a king size Energie Innerspring Pillow-top Mattress, the perfect mix of comfort and support. The bathroom has a beautiful tiled shower and towels, shampoo and soap are provided.Stay for a night or a week, the goal is to make you feel right at home.There is parking in the parking garage across the street for a fee of $12/day. Let me know if you want to use the parking pass and I can leave it out for you and bill you separately. If not, you will have to find parking in one of the garages near by.
