(Owner lives upstairs completely separate from rental apartment) Apartment Guest have access beautiful swimming pool,200 ft lighted fishing pier, 2 person Hot tub , fire pit , and Palapa. Bring your fishing gear, there is a stainless fish cleaning table. Unparalleled views of Galveston Bay from several seating areas in this property.Apartment is 1 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchenette and living room. Kitchenette does not have stove/oven but does have electric skillet, electric vegetable steamer, microwave, air fryer, coffee pot, blender, gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. Large TV’s in living room and bedroom with Xfinity Wi Fi , cable tv , Netflix, prime video and more.THIS RENTAL IS FOR 2 ADULTS ONLY.No Parties, events, or visitors are allowed on property. This property is not suitable for children / infants .This is a great place to come relax by the pool, fish and enjoy all the waterfront views and tranquil surroundings of Galveston Bay. Great views of the ship channel with Hugh ships passing by , shrimp boats going to work, coastal bird watching, and lots of areas for sun tanning and soaking up the sunshine.Owner does have additional parking directly across the street if needed for a boat or motorcycle trailer. Apartment is NON SMOKING Inside , but smoking is allowed outside on the property. I have 3 small pets which you may see occasionally. Pets live upstairs and only go outside to potty. If you have a small pet (dog) that is housebroken and gets along with others it is welcome to come on vacation with you. Please bring what you need to clean up after your pet goes potty. Cleaning up poop is not part of the cleaning fee. NOTE- There is not a fence around the pool or waterfront bulkhead to protect pet from falling in water. You may want to bring leash, kennel or pet play pen to keep your pet safe. Pets sometime will chase birds on the bulkhead and pier which could cause them to accidentally fall in water.
