After taking advantage of the abundance of outdoor activities, explore the Island’s numerous unique shops and art galleries.What We are Doing to Keep Our Guests SafeProviding a clean, comfortable vacation home is extremely important to us. .We will provide each home/condo with soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent and dish washing liquid and laundry pods. As well as paper towels and bathroom tissue. If your stay is longer than 4 nights the above items will be on hand to get you started until you can pick up your own preferred products..The kitchen and bathrooms are always a high cleaning priority. After each is cleaned there will be an additional wiping down of hard surfaces with a bleach solution.Linens are laundered using the highest water temperature possible. Bed coverings will be regularly cleaned and thicker/heavier bedding will be replaced with items that are easier to launder. Remote controls and electronics electronic equipment will also be cleaned. Remote controls will be wrapped in plastic wrap after each cleaning.HousekeepingOur cleaner/housekeeper will not be charging more but will require additional time during the turnovers. This makes it imperative that our guests check out on time and wait until 3pm before checking in. The gated community amenities include a pool, tennis courts, and a fitness room. You will love the beautiful grounds and lagoon view from our second-floor porch. Our condo comfortably sleeps 6-7 people. Our primary bedroom has a king bed with a brand-new mattress. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, also with a brand-new mattress. The smallest third bedroom has a double/full-sized bed. The kitchen is brightly updated with all the necessities, and we have two cozy living areas with (non-sleeper) sofas. We have a brand new coffeemaker that allows you to make both a single cup (Keurig) or a full pot. The dining area easily seats 6 people. The two bathrooms are also freshly renovated with tiled walk-in showers and stone countertops. The unit is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
