Whether you have spent the day at the beach (located just 15 min away) or a day on the golf course (choose from several courses located right here in the village), you can look forward to spending a relaxing evening barbequing by the pool that overlooks the canals!!The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is a split bedroom floor plan. The kitchen is fully stocked with things we feel our visitors would need to prepare meals at home. Off of the kitchen is a breakfast area with seating for 4 that overlooks and has sliding doors out to the lanai and pool. There is a kitchen bar with stools for additional seating. The dining room offers adequate seating as well. The living room also has sliders that open out to the lanai and swimming pool giving the home an open and breezy feeling! The master bedroom has its own access to the lanai and pool as well. The master bathroom has two sinks, walk in shower and a walk in closet . The other two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of home with queen beds, dressers, night tables and a hall bathroom with a tub/shower, large vanity and sink.
