The relaxing farmhouse decor of the Urban Suite provides an island of luxury in a hip neighborhood.Conveniently located minutes to downtown Olympia, the waterfront, the capital, farmers market, shopping and restaurants.It’s the perfect location for travelers looking to experience the local vibe. Visitors can also enjoy our quaint neighborhood bakery right around the corner. The garden is magical and whimsical during the day or on a beautiful evening. There is a covered outdoor Grain bin with seating and fireplace.The Suite is very private with its own entrance and street parking in front of the house.The Suite is an addition that was added to the back of the house about 15 years age with its own Entry.During the summer there is a propane fireplace on the back deck of the Suite to enjoy.- You have your own private bathroom, bedroom and breakfast nook.Other things to note- There are 6 steps to enter the Suite.- Because this is my home I need to know who is coming/going on the property.Please let me know if you are planning to have guests visit during your stay.- There is one cat on the property. Everything in the floating house was remodeled in 2021 and it make the place as cozy and comfortable as it can be.The space features a large bedroom and outdoor deck space upstairs and an open living area at the main floor. It has an modern cozy kitchen with a brand new fridge, cabinets, hot plate and all utensils. It has a cozy real shower cover in tiles and it has a large RV type toilet.The hot water tank is electric & hosts 15 gallons of hot water, plenty of hot water for medium length shower.Bed is queen sized and very comfortable and each floor has it's own electric fire pit heater. From the queen size bed and from the couch downstairs you can enjoy the views of the water from the two beautiful Romeo&Juliet balconies.It is hooked up with high-speed wifi and cable TV. The outdoor deck space is just fabulous facing with beautiful views of The Capitol, Olmypia and Puget Sound.Perfect for sitting out and drinking your coffee in the morning or watching the sunset sipping a glass of wine.There is free parking in the marina parking lot.Guest accessParking is available in the marina parking lot. There are always plenty of spaces.
