The Aquatic Center is only 1 mile away and seeing the beautiful National Parks is unforgettable. Ski Brian Head only 30 minutes up the road.The snow is beautiful, get yours skis ready. Ski Brian Head and Eagle Point from November through April. You can play on the mountains and stay where the altitude will not bother you. Enjoy family reunions, Christmas, play in the snow, ski, or go tubing down the longest tubing run in Utah (in Beaver). Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this remodeled cozy retreat directly across the street from the pond, and down the road from Giant Steps main express ski lift, restaurants, and the general store. In Brian Head, you can enjoy year-round fun. During the snowy months there is skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, tubing, etc. During the warm months, there is mountain biking, hiking, ATVs, a park and playground, volleyball and basketball courts, and more!Renovated two bedroom and two bathroom condo. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and private full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a bunkbed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed above. There is an extra twin mattress located under the bunkbed to sleep a sixth person if needed. There are thermostats for heat and ceiling fans in each bedroom. The full kitchen is outfitted with a dishwasher, microwave, electric range, refrigerator, and various small appliances (coffee machine, toaster oven, crockpot, etc.). There is a breakfast bar with stunning view of the pond. There is also a dining room table (added Jan 2023) that can seat 6. Our cozy living room has a comfortable sectional and swivel chair, fireplace, and a smart flat screen TV with cable. Kitchen amenities include a coffee maker with carafe and k-cup options, electric kettle, crockpot, rice maker, blender, and hand mixer. Brian Head has two small general stores but no large grocery store. If you plan to cook while here, you may want to stock up on your way up the mountain.
