Enjoy a long weekend or an entire week in this beautiful, updated Innsbrook A-frame. Located within a gated community and built in late 2007, it is outfitted for all of your getaway needs – whether you're seeking a romantic escape or a weekend of fun with family and friends.
Nestled within a 1.3-acre forest of trees, this private deluxe chalet is the perfect setting for your lake vacation. Lake Sonnenblick is just outside the door where you will enjoy watching a constant flow of wildlife; 2 kayaks and a paddleboat is included with the chalet and is stored at the water's edge next to the dock. In the summer, take a paddleboat ride around 4-acre Lake Sonnenblick or enjoy the popular sandy beaches and swim docks on 150-acre Lake Aspen.
This chalet features a small pebble beach and a lakeside fire pit, perfect for enjoying the outdoors year-round. The beautiful first-floor living room has amazing views and a stone wood-burning fireplace, cozy for early spring, fall, and winter getaways. Three private bedrooms are fully furnished with king & two queen-size beds. The loft also contains a sleeper sofa (queen size). The oversized kitchen is well-appointed and is ready for preparing meals for small or large gatherings. A gas grill on the deck is also available. Smart TV (no local channels) - easy to use your own Netflix, etc, accounts. Sit on the dock or the deck, or even the screened-in porch, and feel a part of nature. The Conference Center, beautiful outdoor swimming pool, Innsbrook's award-winning 18-hole golf course and the Clubhouse Restaurant are just minutes from the chalet.
*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.
*Despite our thorough cleaning efforts, the property s natural setting may result in occasional sightings of bugs or wildlife. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique environment.
PETS: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. This home is DOG friendly ONLY. Max of two dogs. Pet Fee will be sent and charged within 2 weeks of your arrival.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
