Wether that’s an early morning walk on the beach to catch a sunrise, a bike ride or an evening stroll.Guest accessGuest will access property via keypad by main and front doorOther things to note-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR INCIDENTS of $650 (or nightly rate) will be collected before your stay that will be refunded after check out. We reserve the right to keep the deposit dependent on the condition of our home.-ADDITIONAL CLEANING FOR LONGER TERM STAYS (30 days +) will be done every two weeks for the duration of your stay, for an additional charge of $150 per cleaning.-STRICT NOISE ORDINANCE. If cigar/cigarette butts of any kind found on the property or evidence of smoking (ash, empty cigarette packs, etc), a $450 cleaning fee will be added in addition to the regular cleaning fee.-ADDITIONAL PERSON FEE: $65/day per person | $350/week per person. If you neglect to inform us ahead of time, we reserve the right to TERMINATE your stay early or DOUBLE the person fee retroactively for the entirety of your reservation.-PET FEE: $40/day per pet | $200/week per pet. If you neglect to take the trash out at the end of your stay, a cleaning fee of $50 will be added in addition to the regular cleaning fee.-DISHES: All dish washer safe dishes must be put away in the dish washer, and turned on to wash.
