Welcome to our beach cottage at the Sea Lodges of Cayman Kai. This charming 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms cottage offers a relaxing and authentic experience under the tropical sun, far from the city noise and distractions. Our condo has an old style Cayman layout designed to be cooled by the tropical breezes that blow on the north side of the island. Please note that there is no AC in the unit, however every room is equipped with ceiling fans to supplement the breeze as needed. The cottage is a classic old Cayman cottage, situated right by the ocean, with stunning views of the turquoise waters and pristine sandy beach. Step outside onto the terrace and breathe in the fresh sea air as you watch the waves roll in. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the necessary cookware and utensils.The snorkeling right off the condo and all along the Northshore in Cayman Kai is among the best on Grand Cayman.A local market is 5 minutes away, a grocery store is 20 minutes away, the popular Rum Point is 5 minutes drive, and the airport and George Town are 45 minutes away. Welcome to our Kaibo condo, which we call "Seaside". This newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that sleeps 4 is fully furnished and ready for you to kick back and unwind. The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite, 2nd bedroom has two twins that can be converted to a king upon request. The Cayman Kai offers great attractions like the bioluminescent bay, the newly renovated RumPoint (2023), and Starfish Point.The property is located in Phase I of the Kaibo Yacht Club and is in a very quiet part of the Island. Enjoy views of the ocean from the second floor on your screened-in patio right in front of the pool and hot tub. The small complex of only 20 units offers an uncrowned white sand beach with ample lounge chairs to relax in. No crowds here, unlike on 7 Mile Beach.Book an excursion from the marina just steps away or sit and watch the beautiful boats and Camana Bay water taxi bring travelers to the dock.Seaside Condo offers fast fibre internet, TV's in the living room and both bedrooms with over 40 channels if you want to just chill.Fully equipped kitchen, central AC, and local management.Enjoy Kaibo Beach Bar, Kaibo Beach Expresso just a 2-minute walk away.
