The summer systems tend to shift the sand north and the winter systems shift the sand back south. So it is quite likely that there will not be sand on the beach during the months of July through December when the winter waves do their job of bringing the sand back. The central section of Seven Mile Beach has the widest and most reliable stretch of beach but you will notice that reflected in the pricing of those complexes versus Cayman Reef.
