The property is boat access only but Utila town is easily accessible via a quick 8-minute water taxi through the lagoon. The homes are 1000 square feet and feature a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, and a dishwasher. The accommodations include two bedrooms, one beautiful bath, and a full kitchen and living area. Each bathroom has high-end finishes, 16" rain showers, and gives the feel of being outside.
