Originally built in 1926, converted into a residential building in the 1960s, completely renovated in 2005, large living area (high quality home theater, big screen for movie viewing, Elisa entertainment channel, video box, high speed internet connection), sleeping space in hall with double bed, washroom (WC and shower), terrace. There are also stairs to the shore, but they quite steep and because they are wooden, they might be slippery when raining (stairs are not in use during winter).
