"The owners of this place are extremely kind and helpful. I arrived around 10pm and the lady boss was waiting outside the door. I left around 6 in the morning and tried to leave as quietly as possible but the boss got out and sent me out to the main road and flagged a cab for me. Very thankful for their warmth and kindness during my short stay here."

- 環境：民宿的外觀是伊犁藍與純凈白交織的現代民族特色小別墅，色彩明媚，讓人心情愉悦。房間是民族特色與輕法式融合的風格，選品和配色看得出花了很多心思，住起來舒服又愜意。院子打理得也很好，閑暇時在院子裏曬曬太陽，感覺全身心都放鬆了。
- 房間設施：房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，讓人一夜好眠。衞生間是獨立的，洗浴用品都是大牌，用起來很安心，而且床品一客一換，衞生方面完全不用擔心。房間裏的設施也很齊全，不管是空調、電視，還是免費的無線網絡，都能滿足日常需求。
- 服務：從預訂開始，就能感受到工作人員的熱情。到達之前，他們主動聯繫我，提供詳細的路線指引。入住時還貼心準備了歡迎水果，住宿期間不管有什麼問題，都能得到及時解決，真的太貼心了。
- 周邊：民宿旁邊就是民族特色美食街，各種美食三天都吃不重樣，味道地道還實惠。離伊犁河、伊犁河大橋等景點也很近，遊玩特別方便。

RRICHARD JOHNWe stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles.
Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

UUtente ospiteQuesto è un posto per stare a Yinning, dove siamo andati per la prima volta dopo l'atterraggio a Xinjiang e ci piaceva tanto che abbiamo deciso di cambiare il nostro piano e di restare ancora lì prima di partire. Il posto è un po' lontano dal centro della città, ma abbiamo affittato una macchina e c'è un parcheggio vicino al soggiorno. Il personale è molto amichevole e super utile per darci qualche consiglio su buoni ristoranti per andare a Yinning. Abbiamo affittato la casa di Alina e la camera era molto pulita e accogliente. Anche il colazione era molto buona. In generale il posto è tranquillo e molto rilassante. Sicuramente consigliere di rimanere lì.
E'una delle persone più inoltrabili che abbia mai vissuto durante molti anni.
La stanza è pulita e pulita, non può essere vista completamente l'angolo della salute morta, vive molto confortevole e rilassante.
La stanza e le strutture sono fantastiche!Dal champagne nella stanza al cibo per la colazione, sono pieni di piccole intelligenza, che fanno sentire la gente paziente e ostinata.
I prodotti a letto sono molto comodi e sono molto buoni per riposare.
La colazione è anche deliziosa e nutrizionale equilibrata.

I chose the place for the incredible design of the place, the location within Kazankh ancient town, and the reference to Doves... I left with so much more! The owner and her husband were so helpful and brought ice coffees for me and my dad when we arrived, which was so welcome. They had local treats and fruit to try and a wonderful sense of community. They helped us arrange a driver to Qionkushtai and packed us a breakfast to go, with coffee :) Every detail has been carefully considered and it was a joy to stay at Blue Dove. I consider owner Wen to be my friend and look forward to visiting again. I highly recommend!

SSalah EddineAs a backpacker traveling through Yili and Xinjiang, this hotel was my favorite stay for many nights every time I come by the city if Yining. The location is great, close to both airport (7min taxi) and scenic area of the city (10min cycling) .
It is always very clean, the AC is working fine. We can wash our clothes and if you need anything you can ask anytime anything the boss of this family home stay.

JJacobSuch a great place to stay in Yining! Really nice rooms that are spotlessly clean. It's run by a very friendly host who will make sure your visit is perfect. And she has a really cute dog.
There's a comfortable common area with coffee and tea, as well as a laundry machine that you can use.
The homestay is nearby delicious restaurants as well, so you don't need to go far for dinner.
Would highly recommend this homestay for local and foreign travellers! Will for sure stay again next time we are in Yining :)

LLilyDThe location is a little bit hidden in an alley, however I love how it is nestled among the local restaurants and houses, you get to see how the people live on the daily basis. Otherwise the room is clean, amenities are great too. If you are a light-sleeper, it can be a little bit noisy since it is located near houses. But overall, it is a great guesthouse if you would like a place near town as a base for your travel. The owner’s daugther though..despite my limited Mandarin, she went away and beyond to help me with literally everything from booking a bus, and communicating with a DiDi driver to mail my AirPod which I had left in the car at a different city! She arranged for it to be sent to my next location which I had book prior, ensured that the postman gave the mail to me personally by phonecall. She is one of the sweetest person I have met during my solo travel to China.

MmiooA True Hidden Gem – The Best Stay of My Xinjiang Trip!
Out of my entire journey across Xinjiang, this homestay was by far the most memorable and heartwarming experience. The moment I stepped into the beautifully decorated home, with its stunning blue hues, traditional Uyghur details, and peaceful courtyard covered by a canopy of vines, I instantly felt at ease. It truly felt like home.
What made it even more special was the incredible hospitality. The owner was exceptionally friendly, always ready with a warm smile and willing to help with anything I needed—whether it was sharing local tips, helping with transportation, or simply chatting over tea. Their kindness made me feel not just like a guest, but like part of the family.
The attention to detail in every corner, the peaceful swing in the courtyard, and the cozy atmosphere created the perfect setting to relax after a day of exploring. I can’t recommend this place enough—if you’re traveling through Xinjiang and want to experience genuine warmth and culture, this is the place to be.

UUtente ospiteThis accommodation was in an excellent location at the edge of Liuxing street area, near many restaurants and shops. It is near public transport and a main road. The host was super nice and helpful. We chatted quite a bit using translate apps since I did not speak Chinese and he didn't speak English. I booked a single room with a shared bathroom, which was very small and simple, but the host kindly upgraded me to a room with an ensuite for no extra charge. The building is old and could benefit from some renovations, but is clean and well-kept, and it has an old-fashioned charm to it with large, lovely arched windows. The rooms were very basic but sufficient, and the room with the ensuite has a good amount of space. There were nice large windows (although my view was blocked by some signs on the awning). There were curtains but light came through so I recommend bringing a sleep mask, and sound can come from outside so ear plugs also recommended. I also extended my stay for a few nights and the host was very accommodating. I was allowed to use the washing machined which the host helped me with. He also allowed me to leave my bags in the reception area after I checked out. There was wifi. There was tea/water at reception. It is great for someone on a budget. I included photos of the reception as I forgot to take photos of the other rooms. I am very grateful to the host and would stay here again.
