Being an original home, the house has quirks which add charm & lovely details such as original timber floors and tiles.With the beach in your front yard, you won’t want to leave.The home is a 5 minute walk to Soldiers Point Marina with its restaurants and cafes.The home sleeps 7 people; 3 bedrooms (one king, one queen and a tri bunk (double/single) There is one bathroom with a shower, toilet and bathtub in the home and another toilet is located just outside the house.The living and dining area is open plan. There is a sunroom facing the water with extra lounge seating for relaxing and a balcony with an outdoor setting for 8 to enjoy meals by the sea.For more guests than 7.
