Our Coastal Farmhouse Condo has 1 bedroom complete with a king size bed, one and a half bathrooms, and a twin bunk bed located down the hall. We provide sheets and comforters for all beds. We also provide towels and washcloths. We have a twin air mattress for guests to use as well, and a pack and play for the littles.The kitchen is equipped with Refrigerator/ Freezer, Stove/oven, toaster, blender, Drip coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. We provide cooking essentials, to cook and serve meals during your stay. The dining room features a table for 4 as well as a bar with seating for 2. The living room has a Couch and love seat (neither are sofa beds) an electric fireplace to cozy up to in the winter months as well as a flat screen smart TV with basic free channels. You will fall in love with the view of the pool and the ocean from the furnished, roomy, private balcony. During your stay, you will have access to the pool (during open season Mid April- October 31 from 8 AM til 8 PM), private beach access, and on site guest laundry. Bicycles are prohibited in the Courtyard.11. There are to be no items left under the carports at any time. Items left under carports (grills, chairs, bicycles, grills, etc.) are subject to confiscation and disposal.12. Please use the walkways while traveling in the courtyard. Walking or playing on the grass is prohibited.13. Laundry room - A key card is required to access to the laundry area.14. Occupancy limits for units are set at six for first and second floor units and eight for third floor units. Decks are to be limited to no more than six persons at any one time for safety reasons.15. Do not feed seagulls, or any wild animals from the decks or on the property of the Surf Condos.16. A hose is provided and located by the office building. Washing is for passenger vehicles only. Car wash hose is for owners/renters only, not guests of guests or friends of guests. Fish cleaning is prohibited.17. If animals are suspected, guest will be subject to additional $500 cleaning fee or loss of deposit.18. Drugs of any kind are NOT ALLOWED WHATSOEVER. If guests are suspected of using illegal substances or transporting illegal substances, the local police will be notified, and guests will be asked to vacate the rental and property immediately. If drugs are suspected, guest will be subject to additional $250 cleaning fee or loss of deposit.19. Smoking and vaping are limited to the balcony with the door completely closed or in designated areas on the pool deck. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts and ashes in the outside dumpster and do no bring inside the unit. If smoke is detected in the unit, the guests will be subject to an additional $250 cleaning fee or loss of deposit. In the condo complex you have private beach and pool (seasonal May-October) access. Once you arrive in our gated community you will find us in Building # 2, very close to the beach! Saltwater Haven is newly renovated with a coastal modern vibe.This is a 2-story condo. The first floor hosts the master bedroom with an attached half bath. Just down the hall from the entry is a full bath. At the end of the hall is the open concept fully stocked kitchen, bar, and living room with vaulted ceilings. The living room has a comfortable sofa (full sleeper sofa), love seat, and accent chair. There are a couple of poofs for additional seating or to rest your feet! The living room also host a 65" flat screen, 4K smart TV. From the living room you have a 3-panel sliding glass door that access the private balcony with a fabulous view of the ocean and the landscaped courtyard. Our private balcony is the perfect place to sit back with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise or watch the sunset with your favorite cocktail.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal with your family and friends. Dinnerware provided with serving for 12. Cook with your family and friends in our kitchen with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The bar area offers a Keurig and drip coffee maker. There is a wine/beverage fridge in the bar area with all the glassware and tools to mix cocktails.The master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser storage, and 43" flat screen, 4K, Roku smart TV. Just off the master bath is a private half bath.Just upstairs you will find an open loft that overlooks the living room. There are drapes that will close the loft balcony for privacy.Private balcony - Our beach front, ocean view, private balcony offers raised bar seating for two, 2 Adirondack chairs with cushions and outdoor lighting for your enjoyment!Beach Access - It is a short walk down the stairs, around the corner of the building to access the private boardwalk to the beach. Enjoy walking along the beach, playing in the sand, basting in the sun, swimming or riding the waves. For your convenience we will provide you access to our beach chairs, skim boards, boogie boards, sand toys, and beach umbrella. Pool Area - The private community shared zero-entry pool is open seasonally May-October from 8am-8pm. There are 4 cabanas, and pool chairs available for your comfort.Grilling - There is a new community charcoal grilling area with picnic tables located near the laundry area.Laundry - There is an onsite laundry facility. A newly renovated laundry room with brand new coin/electronic payment operated washers and dryers are available for your convenience.Parking - There is off street parking.
