One of the highlights of our condo is that it is one of only 7 units with a walk-out porch at Base Camp One. This not only gives you two easy entrance/exit points to our condo, but it also gives the easiest access to the ski/bike lifts, the main lodge and restaurants, music concerts in the summer, or the heated pool/hot tub. You'll also get the use of our ski locker for gear as well as one spot in our underground parking garage.As for things to do in the area, Granby Ranch is centrally located between Winter Park and Grand Lake and offers a wide variety of family activities for any season.
