You are in a cove but can see to the main channel with 2 Restaurants nearby. Shorty Pants Cajun is 130 yards across the parking lot and Red Heads is about 1 mile away and has a really nice pool with a swim-up bar. With the West view, you can watch all the superpower boats going to the main channel from Performance Marina which is located next to Red Heads restaurant. To the East, you can watch the same as boats come and go to Shorty Pants Lakeside Cajun Restaurant & Marina. Salty Dog Gas dock is located right in front of the Marina. Also nearby are golf courses, shops, neighborhood bars, mini golf, a kart track, grocery stores, water parks, and Lake Regional Hospital. The boat ramp is located just about 1 mile away at Performance Marine.
