I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach - FL. This is a two bedroom with a full kitchen. It has a King size bed, Queen bed and a pullout couch, full kitchen and one bathroom. There is basic cable, WIFI, and utilities are included in the rental price. NO pets and no smoking.The condo is at Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with chairs and umbrellas included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and cover parking as an option. Parking is not assigned, it's first come first serve. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbors. Only a 5 minute walk south to historic bridge street with its fishing pier shops restaurants bars and putt putt course. Publix is 2 miles north to stock the fridge when you arrive. We provide fresh linens and bath towels for each guest. Along with starter amounts of coffee pods for the Keurig, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, hand sanitizer, towels, and bar soap. Unit will be professionally cleaned before your stay. Coin laundry is on site if needed. Free high speed Wi-Fi as well as cable tv on the pair of smart tvs. One in the living room of 50 inches and a 32 inch smart tv in the bedroom. The living room tv has a dvd player with a handful of dvds to choose from. Just use the Westinghouse remote to change the input on the tv to use the dvd player.We also provide beach accessories like an umbrella, two beach chairs, and a bocce ball set.
