Apartment in wood-built row house, built in 1975, living room/kitchen (kitchen renovated 12/2024), living room wit sofa bed for 2 adults, hallway, double bed and bunk bed in the bedroom, washroom, sauna, WC in the washroom, terrace with grill with gas. Kitchen has an airfryer. The shared tennis court in the area can be used free of charge (playing shifts can be reserved by making a note in the notebook on the court), the tenant brings the own rackets and balls.
