"Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie, è venuto a prenderci alla stazione ferroviaria e ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare un'auto per il ritorno. La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda, vicino a tutti i luoghi di interesse, circondato da bar, negozi e ristoranti. La vista è incredibile, non c'è altro da dire. L'hotel è molto pulito e uguale alle foto che abbiamo visto. Sono molto felice di aver scelto questo hotel, lo consiglio vivamente."

"L'hotel è in generale molto pulito, il soggiorno è molto comodo, il capo e il personale sono molto entusiasti, e può anche bere tè gratis sotto.I prodotti dell'hotel sono unici e puliti.E'un buon hotel di recente, la stanza non ha un odore distintivo, la stanza è anche molto luminosa. La posizione dell'hotel è buona, molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità e alla zona sceneggiata, e la vista notturna è molto bella."

"We are from Thailand, self-guided travel with family. We spent 1 night here in separate 3 rooms. 10/10 Location : This hotel is right next to the scenic viewing platform to see whole waterfall with the old village. You can't see the waterfall from the room (nice for us since we don't want disturbing sound when we sleep) but replace with very beautiful and calm river view. Each room place separately and have different scenery. It's hard to tell which room you would get when you book the room via Trip.com but the 8805 and 8806 we stayed both have wonderful scenery. 10/10 Service : Hotel staff was very helpful. They helped us carry the luggage to the rooms. They don't have enough staffs in my opinion. 8/10 Facilities : Breakfast is easy and delicious. Room and bathroom facilities are just enough. About drop off, they will drop you to the back entrance of Fenghuang Village area. You will need to walk from the road, pass the alley - the ticket gate, then arrive at the hotel entrance not too far. This hotel may not convenient for elderly. 6/10 Cleanliness : Actually it not all that bad. The room 8805 and 8806 were quite clean minus only the air conditioner when we switch to heater, it smell (may be visitors rarely use heater). But the room 8803 is quite dirty (I guess it's because 8803 is not the frequently occupied room but they give us this room because they want us to stay close to each other). And It's such a shame that they have such a beautiful place but didn't take care of the weeds to allow for the full view from the room."

"I proprietari sono stati molto gentili: ci hanno aiutato a venire a prendere alla stazione ferroviaria e hanno anche organizzato il trasporto per le attrazioni fuori dal centro storico. Sono stati flessibili e gentili nell'accogliere le nostre richieste, aiutandoci anche a tornare alla stazione dopo il check-out. Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole notte di riposo :) La loro posizione è praticamente all'ingresso del centro storico, il che significa che non è necessario trascinare i bagagli sul sentiero acciottolato per troppo tempo. Avevano un bel balcone/terrazzo coperto in comune al secondo piano, dove ci siamo goduti il relax fuori dalla nostra camera e anche l'osservazione della gente che passava per le strade. La postazione barbecue/grill all'ingresso esterno della locanda di sera è stata anche un ottimo modo per rilassarsi con gli amici mangiando del buon cibo. 👍🏻"

"Super cozy accommodation and great location. The room is spacious, well decorated and bed very comfortable. Room was clean. Location is perfect as it’s literally 1min walking from the entrance to the ancient town, (where taxis are not allowed to enter), so you don’t have to walk too far with your luggages."

"La camera si trova di fronte alla cascata, da cui si possono ammirare le principali attrazioni senza uscire. Il servizio dell'hotel è ottimo, soprattutto Xiaotian e l'autista. La nostra presa elettrica non funzionava e Xiaotian ce ne ha prestate due per aiutarci a risolvere il problema. Siamo andati alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità e abbiamo chiesto di arrivare dieci minuti prima. Anche loro hanno collaborato molto cortesemente e il loro atteggiamento è stato altrettanto cordiale. Grazie Xiaotian e l'autista."

"La stanza è esattamente la stessa delle foto su Internet, anche il letto è grande, il sonno è molto comodo e le strutture sono complete. Al mattino la mamma del padrone di casa ci ha preparato la colazione, che ci ha fatto sentire il calore della famiglia. Prima di partire, ci ho regalato le arance coltivate in casa mia da gustare per strada. Grazie mille.
