Stayed here for the night before sailing to Ireland. Room was clean and airy. Had an evening meal and breakfast which were both delicious. What made the stay exceptional was the staff. So friendly and welcoming from the moment we checked in till check out. Carol on reception was welcoming and checked us in quickly and professionally. She then served us in the bar and was on duty in the restaurant too. We christened her " the duracell bunny" because she never stopped and always had a smile. Shouts out too for Jess ( who makes the best whiskey sours this side of the Atlantic) and also David and Rihannon. They were all really busy but still went the extra mile with their service and always with a smile. They made an overnight stopover a truly great experience. They are a credit to your operation. I would and will recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank-you to all of you for everything.

The staff were absolutely great to deal with, both on reception and in the Restaurant. We are thinking particularly if Rihannan, Jess, and David. The Dinner, Bed and Breakfast were excellent. The location is ideal for the ferry to Dublin which is a trip we take regularly to see family in Dublin.

We stayed here after a difficult drive from London after my father in laws funeral. The staff were exceptionally kind to us. We had a lovely meal. The room was perfect for us,spacious and very clean . Will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was really good too and set us up for the drive back home to Ireland.

The worst service I have ever received in my life - absolutely appalling. I stayed here in February with my newborn baby. Whilst getting into the shower the towel rail fell off the wall and hit my foot. I tried to report the accident to staff on the day and was asked to come back later - this wasn’t possible as my newborn was asleep. The following day I reported the accident and staff took down all the details and asked me to email them photographs of my injuries to attach to the accident report (which they said they were completing and took all my details for it). Following a complaint to head office the staff at Premier Inn lied saying I refused to complete an accident report, refused access to the room (I said that I didn’t need the rail repairing during my stay and I certainly didn’t want it to happen again! The engineer removed the broken parts which I agreed to!) I’m absolutely furious and shocked, obviously covering themselves as they didn’t have me sign anything. Customer relations were equally as unhelpful. AVOID at all costs… much nicer local hotels instead of this appalling chain…

We stopped off again for breakfast and the reception area was spotless. We went into the dinning room and were greeted by a mature grumpy man who was quite rude. He pointed out where he wanted us to sit which was for his convenience (the restaurant was empty) he didn't bother to show us to the table just pointed and said sit there. He started to clear dishes from our table while we were still eating. Last time I was there he insulted me I had been ill and had not eaten for several days so we stopped for breakfast he came over to me and said "my god your eating a lot" even though I had only eaten toast and a banana he is so rude and definitely not a people person. When we have been before he started working there a lady called Sandra was on and always treated you with a warm smile (he doesn't) it's a shame there is not a Sandra now. The GRUMPY award goes to Mr Grumpy in the restaurant

We travelled to Holyhead with our kids aged 7 yr old and 8month old , the hotel is located close to the places we wanted to visit so it was perfect! The hotel staff were lovely from the time we checked in till check out. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and we slept really well . Breakfast and dinner was really good as well . We are glad we picked this hotel and will do so the next time we plan to travel . Ben , Carol, Andy and Dave were lovely and made us feel at home x Thank you all so much :)

Just spent 3 nights here and I have to say it was excellent All of it exceeded my expectations Hotel was spotless The service couldn’t of been better And the staff were superb I had a meal deal experience and the food was really lovely and served with friendliness Special mentions to Andy ( Breakfast ) Carol ( Dinner ) great service from both A great big thank you to Ben What a lovely fella. He was superb and made my stay extra special Thank you to everyone If I was to stay in Holyhead again I would definitely stay here !!

Linda and the team were amazing as always. Very welcoming. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Can't wait to return
