Excellent hotel with very friendly staff . The hotel was clean and well managed. Breakfasts should all be standard at premier inn but they are not ! This breakfast was as good as any we have experienced at premier inn. Well done to the staff. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel .

The hotel looked a little scruffy from the outside but this turns out to be an issue with the type of finish to the external walls. The staff are outstanding and make you instantly feel at home. There was a charity music/dance event on the afternoon our stay, this made it a highlight of our stay. Our room was clean and cosy. The food was fabulous.

We stay at this hotel regularly, and we are never disappointed. The staff are the friendliest we've experienced anywhere. The hotel is always clean and well presented. We stay because we love the local area, but it is perfectly located for the port and railway station. Easy to find, just one minute off the A55.

Ben and Rhiannon were on duty when we arrived and provided us with a warm welcome. They both cheerfully went about their jobs very efficiently. The breakfast staff the next morning were friendly and keen to assist. We took up the meal deal for the evening and breakfast, which, along with the budget price for the double room, was good value. Our room was clean. Breakfast was buffet style and there was plenty of choice, but it was not very hot. Overall, a more than satisfactory budget experience. We will stay again.

One of the better ones that we have stayed in. All very clean. Staff friendly. Easy parking. Mainly used by workmen in vans Sunday to Thursday but they are all very quiet and most ate there in the evening which is a good sign we had one evening meal and it was fine for the money. Drinks are modestly priced same as any other pub to a degree. One gripe and this is the same for all premier inns. Your air con is pretty lame. Fine in Winter and our room was slightly too warm on a 19 Deg setting but can this really work in Summer with no ability to open windows. Also the TV needs a slight notch in volume. 23 is too low for your locked setting. 25 would be ok. Anyway all good and would stay again.

What an exceptional place to stay, everything was spotless. Evening meal was amazing as was breakfast! Staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble.. David was fantastic, as was the lady for breakfast! Will be back next year, thanks guys...
