Soap dispenser did not work and was not fixed. WiFi was not free and was very complicated to join. Desk staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful

酒店離碼頭不算太遠，步行可到酒店，酒店乾淨整潔，整體不算太新，早上趕船還是比較方便。

酒店房間十分乾淨，房間頗大，入住手續簡便。環境安靜，附近有快餐店及超市，價錢算頗便宜，價比性十分不錯！

The Booking website is non refundable so if you make even the slightest error you are at the booking lines mercy and on this occasion had to pay much more than the room tarif for the day. In addition, the invoice supplied was for significantly less than was actually paid and the booking line were completely unable but what was more disappointing was that they were completely unapologetic and unwilling to help simply quoting dogma say only that I should go to the website. Not what was needed at the end of a working day. I cannot recommend the website or the booking line which practically means I can’t recommend Travelodge.

A pleasant stay, the room was clean and smelt fresh, A good nights sleep, and woke refreshed for our onward journey.

Use this Travelodge for a nights sleep before driving to London with my 92y/o father. The staff are so kind and considerate - always ready to help with luggge, rollators, walking sticks and just make your staff lovely. Dorcas looked after us on this visit, lovely lady. Highly recommend - but not too much, otherwise we wont get booked again!

Front desk staff pleasant and friendly. Room standard travelodge design, don’t expect a fridge in your room. Clean , quiet and comfortable. What more could you ask for in a budget hotel. Easy to get to from A5. Easy to get to Holyhead port from car park.

Great place to stay especially for the ferries to Ireland. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The staff are always really friendly and helpful. Surprisingly quiet as well considering where it is. I had a good nights sleep here.

I commute by car several times a year to/from Ireland using the Holyhead-Dublin Stena Line ferry and I have used this motel a few times when I have early morning outbound crossings or delayed inbound afternoon crossings. The Travelodge in Holyhead is about five minutes from the ferry terminal, so it is very convenient. The motel is cheap and clean. The room is fairly basic - no fridge, iron, ironing board, hairdryer - but the double bed is comfortable and there is a tub in the bathroom. The electric heater didn't seem to work, which was OK as it was not very cold, and the bathroom had no handwash in the dispenser. But, hey, it was £39 a night, there was a Chinese takeaway nearby for dinner and I was on the ferry for breakfast at 07:30 after a good night's sleep. Don't bother with the view from the bedroom unless you're in the market for a used car!
