Whether inside enjoying the beautiful tranquil decor or outside enjoying any of the many amenities, we believe you may never want to leave. We are so excited to introduce our newly redesigned villa. Solace West has been thoughtfully designed with ample opportunities for you to recover. From the colors, to the linens, to the decor our goal was to provide you a place where comfort and style lend toward rest and recovery. This inviting space offers you the opportunity to unwind, whether relaxing with a movie on the couch, enjoying an afternoon siesta in the hammock while feeling the cool of the afternoon breeze, relaxing those tired muscles with a long soak in the hot tub or walking across the way and enjoying some time in the sand. At night the outdoors are beautifully lit to let you keep enjoying the space. Whether using the lit hot tub with its waterfall feature, or sitting by the fire and enjoying the night sky. Our outdoor space also features a beautiful outdoor shower where you can rinse all the sand before getting ready for your next adventure. We supply a complimentary starter supply of coffee, creamer, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels and propane. Guests have full access to the entire West Unit. We have 2 owners closets that are locked. We are always available for anything you might need. We live just a few miles away and are available for any questions or problems. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house. Hospitals are minutes away if needed. Please message me with any questions! *Full kitchen with many extra small appliances (blender, toaster, etc) – stocked with starter supply of dishwasher pods, new kitchen sponge, dish soap, paper towels *Please note we do have cameras ONLY outside for everyone's safety. These cameras are located by the front doors and around the back of the house. They will record audio and video. 1. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house. There is a designated smoking area by the lounge chairs outside. Please dispose of ashes and butts in the ashtray provided. Please be certain to extinguish completely. Failure to abide by this rule will result in full loss of Security Deposit. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agree to above. 3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Please respect our neighborhood and be “good neighbors” as some may not be on vacation and have to work. 4. Parking: parking is limited to two vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 5. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house. Trash day is Monday and Fridays. Please take the recycling and/or trashcan to the curb on that day and bring it in after pick up on that day. 6. Water and hot water: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or diapers should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or diapers have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged for the repairs and damages. 7. Do not set the air conditioning temperature below 70F. The coils will freeze and you will be charged for damage to the unit. 8.9. Note we supply a starter kit of all toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soaps etc… after that it’s the guest’s responsibility.
