The best thing is the location. 1 min walk from the beach. The rest could use a lot of love and maintenance.
The sheets were clean but the rest of the room wasn't. My 3 y/o spilled a little water on the floor and by cleaning up, I was cleaning the floor! The square foot i cleaned left the cloth black and dirty. There was this slippery feeling and I understood why. Shower has no pressure and the tiles are broken and there's mold on the baseboards. There's absolutely no kitchen tools, cookware and dishes. You have to ask for everything.
One bed mattress was collapsed and caving in making it impossible for adults to sleep in.
Plus the fees were higher than the price of the room itself.
Thr staff was very nice. It's part of a complete conglomerate of hotels. The whole thing needs renovations.

NASTY !! first our room didn’t have hot water .. then ROACHES EVERYWHERE the floor , countertops, coming from behind the refrigerator and all over the bathroom it was so trifling!! they have a no refund policy so me and my boyfriend was just moved from room to room until 3 IN THE MORNING, second room our drains didn’t work and yup you guessed it MORE ROACHES ! this time on the headboard coming from the couch like it was disgusting ! would NEVER stay here or let anyone i know stay here !

I checked out early because I found black mold in the room, I haven't been feeling well since then, suffering from headaches and breathing problems. How the hell is it possible to put guests in the room when there is black mold??? I informed them that this is the reason for my departure, I demand a full refund, and treatment of medical damages if any, I can attach photos if you want, I demand immediate treatment of the problem and I want to know that they are not hosting any more people in this room)

In general it was all good, but I wish they had coffee available in the morning, and afternoon, better cups for water, if possible vending machine for snacks, a printer in case we need to print something and electronic gates. I saw people trying to enter the property at night time. But I really enjoy the stay. Great location! and the front desk people they were really nice.

Didn’t expect much for the price I paid but this is definitely one of those motels you see in the horror movies where everybody dies.

200 feet from the ocean and boardwalk. Check in was easy and I was able to get early check in for a fee.

The check in was extremely busy though the front desk staff were fairly efficient. The room is roomy but there is a strong disinfectant smell. The hotels are fairly old I think. There was a mini kitchen and you can get a box for kitchen stuff like pans, mugs, cutlery. There is also a small store but there is no pricing displayed.
