Horrible experience. The hotel was nasty, the floors were so dirty, there were bed bugs, blood on the sheets, hair everywhere, and I couldn’t sleep.
There was an alarm that went off at 5am which is unpredictable but the staff were not helpful at all.
I asked for Lysol wipes that were behind the counter. They wouldn’t give me one, and the man said I was being rude and threw them in the trash.
Truly traumatic experience and I am waiting for a refund with the help of booking.
I don’t want any credits I just want my money back. I have bed bug bites everywhere and stranded now.

The service was excellent. All the people at the front desk and the shuttle driver, we’re very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was mediocre. I liked the location, because this hotel is on the end of a road and far from any highway, so I could sleep with out having to wear earplugs, as I have to do at a lot of the other hotels in the area.

Location is great, Shuttle drivers are friendly but would NOT recommend the hotel. I stayed here years ago and was great but seems it is not taken care of, this hotel is run down, dirty and the upkeep with the pool is horrible. They advertise the pool which looks great but what you actually get is a pool full of leaves. My little kids wouldn’t even get in.
First room: air conditioning did not work
Second room: half the lights don’t work
I was told I could call for a pick up at a store. Said it would take 45 minutes. I waited 1 hour, called 6 times and never got an answer. They never came so I ended up having to get an Uber after waiting 1.5 hours.

Ben, the airport bus driver was extremely polite & helpful with my luggage.
Steve in maintenance was efficient in attending rapidly & repairing a faucet a faucet problem.

We enjoyed the pool and view from the property, but the pool was dirty, no towels were available there. We chose this hotel becuase of the airport shuttle, but the shuttle doesnt start until 7 am so we had to pay $75 for another ride.
On our first stay (prior to cruise), our room smelled bad and wasnt clean. There were dirty linens still on the sofa bed. Holes in the carpet, holes in the couch. Staff was SUPER and provided another room. In that room, the AC didnt work so we were sweltering the bathroom door handle was broken, an outlet didnt work.
On our second stay (post cruise), the provided cot was broken (my 9 year old laid on it and it collapsed) the sofa bed was so uncomfortable that my 9 year old couldnt sleep on it.
The staff are the only redeeming quality of this hotel as they were great. Antoine especially.

Waited an unending amount of time for the airport shuttle. The driver was excellent. David slow because of road works.
Marguerite at reception was thoughtful,most helpful & efficient.
Airline lost my suitcase. Very stressful time as going on a cruise in the “Emperor’s new suit!!!”
