Welcome to this beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ranch home with a dedicated workspace in the heart of Holly Springs. Dogs are welcome to join you on your adventure, we kindly ask you to clean up their waste. Located just a short walk or bike ride from Womble Park, downtown Holly Springs, and Bass Lake Park, this home places you in the heart of a vibrant community. Whether you're looking to enjoy nature, recreational activities, or the charm of local shops and restaurants, you'll have it all within reach. The home's proximity to these key areas, combined with its updated interiors, makes it a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Note, there is an upstairs owner apartment in the home with dedicated exterior access. I visit about once per month, and you may see me outside coming or going to my car, but the interior spaces are fully separated and private. ★ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ★ ♛ Bedroom 1: King-size bed w/ en-suite bathroom ♛ Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed ♛ Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed with desk ● Bathroom 2: Full bathroom ★ FEATURES & AMENITIES ★ ✔ Fully equipped kitchen (spices, oil, cookware, bakeware) with stunning white cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. ✔ Dining area that seats 6, ideal for family meals or entertaining guests. ✔ Cozy living room with large sectional couch, and plenty of natural light. ✔ Coffee Station with starter coffee (drip and k-cups) ✔ Fast up to 500 Mbps Wi-Fi to stay connected or binge on your favorite shows and movies ✔ TV's with streaming apps for you to access your accounts ✔ Bathroom essentials provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap) ✔ Self Check-In. The house is equipped with a keyless entry.
