Good overall but a little dated. Swimming pool and the Indian restaurant were lovely 😁

Lovely welcome large bungalow overlooking pool clean with friendly staff. In a very quiet location 15 minutes to beach shops and restaurants. The only negative is the bar and restaurant were very quiet which could be a really good place to meet other guests no incentive to use. Make use of the free pass to the beach club which is in a good location use the buses and enjoy as much of this beautiful island.

We have been regular visitors to Barbados for over 20Y. We knew the Europa and when we saw they had undergone a refurbishment decided to give it a go. We were not disappointed and extremely impressed with this resort. As a base it was excellent and within walking distance to holetown, beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. We would like to thank Maria the manager of the hotel for her continued communication and support for any queries we might have. Her staff are fantastic from front of house, reception who are always on hand to provide anything we required. The security who keep check at night without you even realising. I watched them patrol and thoroughly check the accommodation and parameter. The cleaning and maintenance teams were seamless in their delivery and it was great to see further improvements being made around the pool area. Last but certainly not least. A huge thank you to the guys who work the bar Tristan and Zac made our trip. Constantly keeping us in cocktails and always with a smile. We look forward to seeing you when we return. The Indian on site is delicious and the presentation is impressive. One of the best Indian meals I have ever had. I would certainly encourage paying for the upgrade. The only one comment I would make is that the living room areas would benefit from fans or air con as it was a little uncomfortable without meaning we didn't use the lounge or eating areas. It is also great to see the painting and maintenance of going around the pool area. Appreciating Barbados is an island and weather wear inevitable, it was pleasing to see you continue to update and improve the synthetics. Umbrellas that can be used around the pool table area would be helpful also. Finishing on a high note we will recommend this resort and will be booking to return next year. Everything you can ask for and more! Lovely spacious apartments, great pool and really lovely staff! We ate at the Indian Restaurant on site and also tried the Fish Night ( Mondays ) both were great! Thank you Europa for a fabulous 9 nights and a big shout out to all the wonderful staff! Have a wonderful Christmas and see you next year!! xxx

This is wonderful accommodation. Newly refurbished, very spacious apartments within a friendly local hotel with various and restaurant. Great value on the west coast of Varvados. We will stay again for sure. The staff are helpful and friendly. Lovely pool area and great room service frequently.
