Il resort è ben mantenuto e i giardini e le aree esterne sono molto piacevoli. Anche se la stanza era grande e ben decorata, c'era poco spazio per vestiti e ci siamo lasciati con le valigie sul pavimento dove abbiamo preso i vestiti come ci servivano. Ci sono state molte opzioni per colazione e una stazione di cucina uova, omelete, ecc. Tutti i membri del personale erano molto amichevoli e il servizio era buono. La zona “attività” vicino alla piscina con una tavola da biliardo aveva un bar e un'area da pranzo. In un giorno molto bagnato, ci fermiamo e ordiniamo bevande che finalmente arrivarono dopo essere state portate dal ristorante principale. Il tè pomeriggio, libero mentre ci fermiamo 4 notti, era deludente. Un po'di dettagli che hanno lasciato intaccata l'esperienza complessivamente piacevole.

Great location! 5 min walk to old town and shuttle privided to the beech. Enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back. The staff greeted us with big smile. Hotel meraviglioso, colazione a buffet ricca , piscina grande, camera perfetta grande e confortevole, il servizio in camera eccellente. Per quanto riguarda la reception siamo state accolti con un grande calore e simpatia da Sophie, una ragazza intelligente, preparata, attenta ad ogni sua esigenza, di una gentilezza infinità, sempre sorridente e dolce. Se decidete di venire in questo hotel, chiedete di lei, saprà darvi felici e sentire a casa.

After carefully considering a dozen options for a wedding venue along the coast between Da Nang and Hoi Anh we chose Palm Garden resort, and were very thankful to have done so. We had established a series of criteria which included a) welcoming outdoor beach-front setting, b) attentive yet modest staff, c) clean and comfortable rooms, and d) an engaging and supportive event manager. Palm garden had all 4, and we were particularly pleased with the overall comfort our guests experienced throughout their stay. Our event manager, Ms. Truc gave us a positive impression when we first met and was very responsive throughout the 4 months of detailed preparations and planning with family members from the US, Europe and Viet Nam all actively involved ! The ceremony itself, as well as the reception, dinner and evening activities ran vey smoothly and the staff were attentive throughout. Overall, a highly recommended venue and event managing team! Thank you!

Ottimo soggiorno per due ragazze. L'hotel era molto pulito e bellissimo. La posizione era lontana dalla città antica ricco ma era facile ottenere una Grab. Ci siamo anche camminati indietro dalla città antica di notte. La maggior parte dei negozi si chiuse per una rotta tranquilla, ma non ci sentiamo insicuri. Il personale parlava bene l'inglese e non c'era alcuna difficoltà a comunicare.Il servizio era eccellente, il personale ci ha offerto di aiutarci a confezionare la colazione dopo aver saputo che stavamo andando fuori prima del tempo del colazione. Quando il nostro conducente era in ritardo, il personale era attento anche a cercare il nostro conducente in strada e offrendo di aiutarci a chiamare e parlare al nostro conducente - tutto senza chiedere aiuto! Il buffet è stato buono e le viste dai posti a sedere sono fantastiche. Molto consigliato per un soggiorno se si è in zona!

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel quando abbiamo visitato Hoi An. Il personale è stato molto bello e utile. Hanno organizzato un trasferimento all'aeroporto a buon prezzo. Quando siamo arrivati, una persona che parla solo poco inglese ci ha accolto, e poi siamo stati contattati per messaggio da una persona che parla inglese che fornisce consigli, se necessario. La posizione è grande, molto vicino al centro della città (meno di 10 minuti a piedi e si trova nel centro della città antica). Se avete la possibilità di avere una stanza con vista sul fiume, la vista alla notte è sorprendente! La stanza era semplice, comoda e pulita. La stanza era comoda e funzionale. Un piccolo svantaggio: la stanza era relativamente alta, si trovava vicino a una strada grande. Tuttavia, non mi ha molestato. Quando ci siamo alzati presto per visitare il mio Figlio, non abbiamo fatto colazione qui. Hoi An Ivy Hotel è un posto dove starei quando visiterei Hoi An.

La stanza era ben prenotata per la camera deluxe. La stanza era ben prenotata per quanto indicato nella foto. La stanza era gentile e romantica. Niente da prendere, tranne il tetto e il bagno sembrano non essere molto ben mantenuti. L'acqua nel bagno prende sempre per riempire, quando il serbatoio è svanito, così l'acqua non può riempire il tubo e il tetto ha due mattoni rotti. Per tutta la notte, siamo preoccupati che caderà. Per il colazione, i dipendenti sembravano piuttosto igienici. Non si fermò la tosse, non era sicuro se fosse malata o no. Era in servizio nella zona alimentare e anche il personale che partecipava alla pulizia delle tavole. Il cibo non ha saputo molto fresco, ha morso rapidamente e poi ha deciso di uscire rapidamente dalla zona. Inoltre, ha un trasporto di navi per la casa di una vecchia città, quindi in tutto è un soggiorno medio per noi.

Il personale è estremamente utile e amichevole. La signora Sarah al divano era sempre pronta a offrire aiuto e guida. L'hotel offre biciclette gratuite agli ospiti che è davvero bello per muoversi intorno alla città. Il colazione offre una vasta gamma di opzioni alimentari. La signora Apple al ristorante ci ha servito molto bene. Mi consiglio di scegliere Mulberry Collection Silk Eco per il vostro soggiorno a Hoi An! Lo amerete!

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Nur wenige Gehminuten zur nächsten Restaurantstraße. Ausserdem gibt es einen Shuttle-Service zum 5km entfernten Hoi An Ancient Town. Das Hotel hat 2 Poolanlagen. Der große Pool ist rund um die Uhr geöffnet. Der kleine Pool hinter dem Spa-Bereich ist nur für Erwachsene und damit perfekt zum Entspannen. Beide Pools haben eine Bar, diese war aufgrund der wenigen Gäste jedoch nicht besetzt. Man kann jedoch immer bei einem der Angegestellten nach Speisen und Getränken fragen. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Flussufer mit schönem Ausblick. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr aufmerksam und immer freundlich. Auch kurzfristig konnten wir einen Tag früher anreisen und direkt unser Zimmer beziehen (zu völlig akzeptablem Preis). Auch Tagesausflüge, Flughafentransfer und Taxi-Services wurden für uns immer gern organisiert. Zum Frühstück gibt es immer frisches Obst und eine kleine aber guter Auswahl an Brot und Backwaren, Aufschnitten, Eierspeisen, Nudelsuppen und warmen Speisen. Das Hotelrestaurant war auch sehr lecker. Das Zimmer (Bugalow mit Lagunenblick) war gut gepflegt und voll ausgestattet mit Dusche und freistehender Wanne. Einziger Wermutstropfen: der Strand (auf der anderen Straßenseite) ist nicht sonderlich schön. Durch Überspülung sind Teile bereits verschwunden und es wird versucht, den Strand mit großen Sandballons zu schützen. Das sieht leider nicht sonderlich schön aus. Wir haben die meiste Zeit (wenn wir nicht unterwegs waren) am Spa-Pool verbracht. Insgesamt eine tolle und entspannte Zeit, wir kommen gern wieder!

We stayed in room 222 for 3 nights as part of an Emerald Cruises tour. Room was huge and had a separate bathroom, toilet and dressing area. Bed was comfortable and had a couch so you could watch TV. Breakfast was included and had many choices both western and Asian. A chef would cook eggs and omelettes as well. They had a great travel agent at the entrance gate who arranged a private tour for us to The Golden Bridge (Hand Bridge) which was excellent. Very close to the Markets, a great Italian Restaurant Good Morning Vietnam and a ice coffee shop that was airconditioned.

I was quite impressed with the personal touch during check-in when the receptionist took time to explain the places of interests in Hoi An for all first time visitor. The room I got was beautifully decorated, clean and I enjoyed the bathtub. Just that u gotta bring your own bath bomb for the tub :) I also particularly like the balcony view. The hotel is located at a quiet corner and the old town is just around 10 mins walk away or you can cycle there with the hotel bikes. I really enjoy my stay in this hotel alot. Thumbs up.

Great 3 night stay at Coco Viet (Sophie Villa). For the price, it’s great value for money. Clean, comfortable beds, decent bathroom, balcony etc. It is a pretty basic but has all you need as a base. The hotel was a great location for us as we could still walk into the old town but it wasn’t right in the middle which we liked. Tina was very helpful and organised a cooking class which we would highly recommend as well as helped us with bike rental. We cycled to the beach through the rice paddies which was a fun experience. Overall, would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed in room 222 for 3 nights as part of an Emerald Cruises tour. Room was huge and had a separate bathroom, toilet and dressing area. Bed was comfortable and had a couch so you could watch TV. Breakfast was included and had many choices both western and Asian. A chef would cook eggs and omelettes as well. They had a great travel agent at the entrance gate who arranged a private tour for us to The Golden Bridge (Hand Bridge) which was excellent. Very close to the Markets, a great Italian Restaurant Good Morning Vietnam and a ice coffee shop that was airconditioned.

Myself and my daughter had a wonderful stay , the owner and wonderful Mr CONG always helpful . We booked all our tours through him , he booked our tickets to Ba na Hills . Told us to down load the Grab App, rooms are reasonably priced so we got a room each for 7 nights . He also arranged our pick up from the airport , Some reviews said bathrooms needed a bit more attention to detail , but it was minor , remember you are not in Europe . Beds are hard but not a problem for us , spoke to other people staying elsewhere and they seemed to be the same , so maybe it’s standard unless you go 5 star . Beds changed every 2 days , but I’m sure Mr CONG would change more if that’s what you required . He runs the homestay himself and does all the cleaning , he is the most delightful host , and always smiling , we woke him up getting home very late one night and he was fine about it 😊 . Only about a 10 min straight enough walk to the river , you get a good nights sleep as the homestay is down a little street , my daughters room had a little balcony so it saved her having to go downstairs to have a cigarette . Fridge , kettle in the room , plenty of hot water at any time , shop down the way where you can get extra water milk etc. We used the grab app to get taxi to Cui Dai beach , there is also An Bang Beach beside it ,

We stayed here for 1 week, room cleaning service is completed the second you walk out the building because we came back within 10-15 minutes .... and it was clean. crazy. 100% i'd recommend to everyone except for those whom are wheelchair bound, or needs some sort of assistance walking/climbing. My stay at Chillax Old Town turned into an absolute nightmare when the shower screen suddenly exploded, leaving me with glass shards embedded in my arms and feet. Shocked and in pain, I had to remove them myself before reluctantly seeking medical help at a dismal facility, Ho An Hospital. The hospital's grim condition—mold, mildew, and rusted medical utensils—amplified the distress of the situation. Adding insult to injury, although the hotel covered my post-hospitalization costs, they callously refused to compensate for the damage inflicted on my personal belongings by the shower screen explosion. Even when I suggested they cover the excess from my travel insurance instead of the exorbitant repair costs, they cited financial inability, despite boasting four business partners. Their promise to chase up the builders for an explanation is simply not enough. Immediate action is imperative, especially with ongoing guests on the premises. The sheer irony of a hotel named 'Chillax' being the center of such chaos is incredibly astounding. Their blatant disregard for guest safety and well-being is utterly appalling. I strongly caution against considering this hotel for anyone valuing peace of mind and personal safety. The thought of a potential recurrence of a shower explosion at any hotel now lingers in my mind, thanks to this distressing experience. The lack of accountability and care displayed by Chillax Old Town, including their failure to cover damages to personal items, is nothing short of unacceptable. PS: the hotel receptionists were trying to assist where possible. However they are only messengers.

L'intero hotel è molto emotivo, il colore è molto bello, le piante sono anche curanti, e ci sono cose molto piacevoli in un tale hotel. Ma quando ho cercato un dipendente della reception per consultare l'autobus a Hu Zhiming, mi ha raccomandato una società molto strana e mi ha detto che perché molte persone hanno un buon numero di biglietti per l'autobus, mi ha raccomandato di avere biglietti per questa azienda. Ho lasciato un occhio per controllare la società online, e Trip Advisor era un'osservazione sorprendente di ”cosa che non vuole la vita è scelta nella mia azienda e così via”.Quindi non mi sento molto bravo al mio servizio.

This farm stay is so lovely and the host is a kind angel! She drove me into the old town a few times and asked what I wanted to eat/made me breakfast each morning. She also helped me book a great cooking class and a cheap car to Da Nang. The environment is very lovely and natural and the bed is comfortable. While it’s not located super close to the old town I liked the location because it’s relaxing and more quiet but still easy to get everywhere by car, motorcycle, or bike. I stayed here as a solo female traveler and felt very safe. Definitely recommend :)

La villa era molto comoda e la piscina privata era pulita ogni giorno - abbiamo avuto una bella piscina di Xmas! Il personale si allontana dal modo in cui si può fare il miglior soggiorno possibile, organizzare taxi e fare raccomandazioni - grazie speciali a Kim per essere sempre disponibile per aiutare! Abbiamo approfittato del servizio di lavanderia, massaggio in camera e bevande calde su richiesta. Le colazioni erano anche eccellenti. Tutti in un grande luogo di soggiorno!
