Il nostro soggiorno a La Silk è ben decorato e riparato. E in parole proprie cerca di modellarsi dopo Santorini. Ecco il mio breve riassunto: Buffet breakfast: buona selezione generale (modifica ogni giorno) e buona uova e stazione di noodle. Pool: buona dimensione, ma solo per il giardino, in quanto è prominentemente situato e abbastanza freddo nel febbraio. Camere: buona dimensione con un piccolo balcone. Non aspettare molto se una vista, può essere rumore e fumare a piedi sembra permeare i nostri bagni. Posizione: abita nelle periferie della città.Prendete i conducenti per cancellare i viaggi perché l'accesso all'ingresso è attraverso una pista molto stretta. Servizio clienti: il personale è utile e veloce per partecipare a voi.

A beautiful hotel where you are made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The hotel is lovely with a restaurant, pool, bar and spa and the delights of afternoon tea, which we didn’t have time for sadly. Conveniently located for an easy walk to old town, its slight distance means it’s quiet and peaceful. Rooms are comfortable and the evening foot spa was a really lovely touch. We will definitely be visiting here again!

A very new hotel opened in 2024. We stayed 2 nights and got upgraded from superior to deluxe rooms. Room size is big enough with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Breakfast was superb with variety of options. Staffs were all super friendly. Location is a bit far for walking to downtown. There are free shuttle bus arranged but only 3 timing. It's very hard to get a grab to and from old town. We had to pay 4 times fee for taxi to return to hotel. Overall, recommended stay.

We chose your hotel to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, and Kathy went above and beyond to make our stay special. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a beautifully decorated room, and to our delight, a lovely birthday cake and spa vouchers were waiting for us. This thoughtful gesture truly set the tone for a memorable celebration. Kathy's warm and professional demeanour made us feel at home. She was always proactive in offering assistance, inquiring about our plans, and even remembering our names, which added a personal touch to our experience. One day, when we didn't show up for breakfast, she kindly asked if we were okay, showing genuine concern for her guests. I would also like to commend the rest of your staff, who were equally friendly and professional. From the warm welcome drinks, food,to opening doors and assisting with our luggage, they ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. Their efforts to introduce us to the hotel and its amenities made us feel valued and cared for. Thank you again for an incredible experience. We had a fantastic stay at Reu and highly recommend!! - service is amazing : from the reception, the person responsible for the bikes to the service in the restaurant, all the people are super caring! We felt very welcomed - breakfast is very good and diversed - interior architecture is futuristic, furnitures and decoration are beautiful - perfect location close to the city, with the best rice fields views 5 stars!!

Decent location within 10mins walking distance to market and another 5mins to the Old Town. The distance means you'll get more space and quietness away from the crowd. Overall, quite value for money. Room is spacious, well-maintained and cleaned. Breakfast selection also not bad, ticks most of the basic requirements. Staffs are friendly, helpful and smile a lot.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable experience. The bed was soft and provided a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Most importantly, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers seeking both comfort and affordability!

The staff is incredibly friendly and talkative in a good way. The room is decent, but my view was just to the street. I enjoyed the lemongrass smell in the room. The bathroom is good, tap water doesn't stink and the water is hot. In my room the drainage could be cleaned. Unfortunately because there were few people in the hotel the breakfast was not a buffet: I was asked to order from the menu, the food quality was mediocre (juice was freshly made, mi quang was not good, ”cheese” was just that kind of sliced cheese they use for burgers, an omelette was good), but variety and quantity is decent. The service during breakfast was great and I felt welcomed

L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla città antica, ma vi è un servizio di autobus regolare sia alla città antica che alla spiaggia. La nostra camera era di fronte a una casa vicina e il nostro sonno era disturbato da cani che barbavano in mezzo alla notte e al mattino, crown crown, ecc. Non la posizione più ideale della camera. Poiché l'hotel era completamente prenotato, non potevamo cambiare la stanza. Per ripararla, l'hotel ci ha dato una gita gratuita a Danang quando abbiamo controllato. La maggior parte del personale dell'hotel erano amichevole e benvenuti. Pensiamo che il servizio sia quello che ci era stato. Il massaggio al spa dell'hotel era anche buono. In generale, consiglierei questo hotel.

Ottimo soggiorno per due ragazze. L'hotel era molto pulito e bellissimo. La posizione era lontana dalla città antica ricco ma era facile ottenere una Grab. Ci siamo anche camminati indietro dalla città antica di notte. La maggior parte dei negozi si chiuse per una rotta tranquilla, ma non ci sentiamo insicuri. Il personale parlava bene l'inglese e non c'era alcuna difficoltà a comunicare.Il servizio era eccellente, il personale ci ha offerto di aiutarci a confezionare la colazione dopo aver saputo che stavamo andando fuori prima del tempo del colazione. Quando il nostro conducente era in ritardo, il personale era attento anche a cercare il nostro conducente in strada e offrendo di aiutarci a chiamare e parlare al nostro conducente - tutto senza chiedere aiuto! Il buffet è stato buono e le viste dai posti a sedere sono fantastiche. Molto consigliato per un soggiorno se si è in zona!
