Siamo stati qui 2 notti, una buona scelta per un breve soggiorno. Si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal fiume e dal mercato notturno. Lì troverai cibo e opzioni per lo shopping. La colazione a buffet è ok, le mie scelte sono comunque sempre limitate dato che non mangio carne di maiale. Il servizio di lavanderia è ottimo, i miei vestiti hanno un odore gradevole dopo. Tutto sommato, ci tornerei. Grazie.

It was great from the moment they opened the car door for us to the time they put us in the car with our driver. The welcome lemon drink was delicious and the customer service was great, Especially from Hien. Hien was really kind to us on our stay, great example of excellent service. The room was great as well & the pools. They also can help your organize your tours. ~Mei

Amazing gem of a place , the staff are all so amazing , the food is fabulous , beautiful swim up bar with the most warm and welcoming staff there as well , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a large group , the hotel was always accommodating, this is our second stay and won't be our last

Great location. Breakfast was diverse choices. Love the fresh seasonal fruits and sweet corners, and organic nut milk. Latte and Vietnamese coffee were delicious also. All staff were friendly, attentive and polite. The best part is noise cancellation, hardly hear anything from corridor and nearby street. Pool was clean with great tropical setting. Definitely come back.

The location is good, just 15 mins from ancient town by walk. The room is clean. The breakfast has lots of choice and the food is nice. I had left my wallet in the hotel but the staff helped me to safe keep it and return to me with verification.

We spent 2 nights here, unfortunately it wasn't warm enough for us to use the pool longer and more often. They upgraded our room and didn't give us the room color I wanted. The rooms were not well isulated, we heard the argument from next door until 1.30am on the first night. The bathtub could not be used as there was no hot water. The breakfast was ok, only the coffee could be better than the filter coffee offered. It was about a 10 minute walk to the old town. The staff was very friendly and courteous at all times.

È un hotel nostalgia vibe e lo amo davvero. La posizione è solo ＜5min passeggiata verso la città antica e ci sono posti di massaggio/mini mart/alimento intorno alla vicinanza. Il personale è molto accogliente e amichevole. Il massaggio fornito dall'hotel è anche molto buono! Preparano anche una sorpresa di compleanno nella stanza come richiesto !! :D

Il personale è stato molto gentile e mi ha fatto sentire davvero il benvenuto. Dopo aver lasciato i bagagli e aver visitato la città vecchia, ci ha parlato con un sorriso mentre ci guidava nella nostra camera per la notte. Quando ho detto loro che stavo andando a fare un tour mattutino alle rovine di My Son, mi hanno preparato un cestino per la colazione, il che è stato utile. La camera aveva un piccolo balcone e tre lati circondavano la piscina nel cortile e, sebbene si affacciasse sulla stanza dall'altro lato, era carino. Una direzione era chiara e potevo vedere chiaramente il paesaggio urbano. Penso che anche il letto fosse comodo. È a circa 10-15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Sembra che noleggiano anche biciclette. Lungo la strada c'è anche un minimarket aperto fino a tarda notte. Se avrò la possibilità di visitare di nuovo Hoi An, vorrei prendermi cura di te. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wafaifo Resort in Hoi An, and I can't recommend it highly enough! This brand-new resort boasts fantastic facilities that truly enhance the guest experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel welcome. I particularly enjoyed an evening at their in-house theater, which offered a delightful package of snacks and drinks—a perfect way to unwind. The gym is among the best hotel gyms I've encountered, fully equipped and well-maintained. Hotel manager Duc was incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and tailoring services. His attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, staff member Hop greeted me with a warm smile, which was especially comforting in the cold and rainy weather. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention for their efficiency and meticulousness—my room was always spotless and well-organized. Wafaifo Resort has great potential, thanks to its amazing service and thoughtful attention to detail in the hotel rooms. I can't wait to return!
