Buona posizione, facile accesso. L'hotel è un po' vecchio e pulito.

Great location, laundry service was excellent. Needed more pillows on bed and the pool was very hot

location is about 10 minutes walk from the old town but near to all restaurants and groceries clean small room no safe-box

Room was made up everyday on request and they sorted us bikes to use during our stay. They were also helpful when we had issues with our booking. Highly recommended!

Old style building and air condition take time to cold. As my room facing pool view it quite noisy when kids play at swimming pool

Vị trí ở đây là 1 trong những khách sạn trung tâm nhất và cũng lâu năm ở Hội An. Gần đây khách sạn mới nâng cấp nên mình đặt thử lại. Giá cũng ổn đặc biệt đặt qua Trip.com. Mặc dù khách sạn nâng cấp nhưng 1 số nội thất như bàn bị vỡ, chụp đèn bị rách. Còn lại nhìn chung khách sạn sạch sẽ

Приезжали на одну ночь посмотреть древний город Хойан. Отель понравился, т.к. расположение стороне от основных улиц города и в шаговой доступности от древних кварталов старого города.

Il Thanh Binh Central Hotel è una struttura accogliente e conveniente, situata nel cuore di Hoi An, una delle città più affascinanti del Vietnam. Con una posizione strategica vicino al centro storico, le camere del Thanh Binh Central Hotel sono moderne, ben arredate e offrono tutti i comfort essenziali. L'hotel è dotato di piscina e Spa. Molto buona la colazione a buffet.

Posizione dell'hotel perfetta, poco fuori dal caos cittadino in zona molto tranquilla. Scarsa pulizia in camera. Purtroppo la colazione è stata veramente deleteria. Una delle due giornate passate in questa struttura praticamente non abbiamo avuto la colazione in quanto alle 6,30 è arrivato un gruppone di studenti vietnamiti e alle 7 quando siamo scesi per poi andare a MySon (tappa impegnativa) non c'era assolutamente nulla da mangiare e tutti, dico tutti i tavoli sporchi e da sparecchiare. Se non sanno gestire in contemporanea tante persone dovrebbero organizzare dei turni diversi in cucina (c'era una sola persona a servire 90 ragazzini).

Stay away there is loud construction that starts 7am and last till 2pm both days we were here sheets dirty rest of facilities seemed to be fairly clean the location and price good but I would not recommend unless you want to be awaken by drills saws and hammers from 7 am

Pros- the room was spacious snd the bed was comfortable. It is located within easy walking distance to the old quarter and dozens of restaurants. The bathroom was nice. The staff were very pleasant. Cons- 2 walls had large cracks running down them and there were water stains with a large rudimentary patch on the ceiling. The tv had sound but no picture. The A/C made a sound like a washing machine until I cleaned the filter screen which was thoroughly blocked by dust. The included breakfast was decent but the coffee was lukewarm and some of the food was cold if you got there later in the morning. Overall the hotel was OK but could be better with a little attention to some details.
