staffs not friendly ... bad location Beds are old ... Too much fruit flies... breakfast is too little choice

Can’t be more thankful to the staff here. Greatest hospitality from all the hotels I’ve ever stayed. Everyone would receive brief introduction around the area and the staff would always love to offer help actively. We had our 1st anniversary here and they helped us decorate the room so nice!

Really nice trip...enjoyed with family. Full day tour with great food and fun. What can I say more.

참고로 엘리베이터가 없다. 차량 소리도 없다. 한적하고 좋다. 사람은 많은데 동양인도 없었다. 뷰도 정말 좋았다. 단점이라면 충전 단자가 많지만 안맞을 때가 많았다. 또한 나는 큰편이라 괜찮지만 아이에게는 어려울듯한 높은 샤워기 형태였다. 욕조는 물이 말라서 쓰지는 못했지만 전반적으로 풍경보며 휴양하기 좋은곳이다. 이곳의 사람들은 정말 친절하다. 조식도 넘 맛있었다. 풀장도 잘 관리되어 있어서 조용히 한적하게 쉬기 좋았던 곳이다.

訂了河景房卻給泳池房，後來反應之後告知我們已客滿，無法換房，後來在trip及Agoda上查到其實有房，櫃檯才勉強換了一間小面積泳池房，並退回房間差價，這種不誠實的行為讓人無法接受，還要求不要寫負評，前面有興建房屋，太吵了，無法入睡

ロケーション、清潔感、スタッフさんのホスピタリティ、設備など完璧でした。 無料でレンタルできる自転車があり、ホイアンの街を自由に散策できます。 毎回タクシーを呼ぶのは面倒かつお金がかかりますが、自転車であればいつでもどこでも行けてとても便利でした。 ホイアンの街は平坦な道路なので、自転車も全く大変ではありません。 ホテルの内装はとても綺麗で、アメニティも歯ブラシや寝巻きなど充実していました。 中庭も広く、とても綺麗でした。 またホイアンに来た際には泊まりたいです。

룸 시설은 샤워 수압이 매우 좋고 침실 안에 선풍기도 마련되어 있어 편리하게 잘 이용했다. 직원들도 상냥하고 친절하게 잘 응대해 주었다.

The hotel was very clean and tidy with very helpful staff at the front desk. The rooms were spacious with a supply of tea, coffee and water daily there was also a balcony. The breakfast was included providing hot and cold options up to 9.30 am. The swimming pool was small with plenty of space to enjoy the sun and also provided shade. The location was good a short 10 minute stroll down to the river with bars and restaurants. You can follow the river for a few more minutes to the market and other entertainment.

Great stay in this villa! The room was fantastic and the service was great and staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. Recommended!

Everything was to our greatest satisfaction. The staff was very friendly and catered to our every need. We will recoment this hotel to our friends.

Excellent stay! Recommend it to anyone interested in exploring Hội an! Staff helped us arrange private drivers, ship clothes to Canada, excellent recommendations with regards to day trips and tailors. Breakfast has daily specials with Vietnamese cuisine including morning pho, fresh fruit, Vietnamese coffee and was included. Hotel is walking distance to a bike trail and walking path along the riverside. Can rent motorbikes, bikes. 5/5, amazing. Definitely the best place to stay in Hội A for several days.

Had a great hospitality here. Excellent location. Great Ambience. Receptionist here Ms.My & Ms.Lee has guided us very clearly about the options we can explore here. They made our stay very pleasant and free. Helped with cab bookings here. Swimming pool and Spa was well maintained. Breakfast was Amazing. Staff helped us with luggage to our room and assisted very minute things too

This hotel is old and not in good repair. Our door to our room wouldn’t lock at all, we used the bath but it leaked from underneath and flooded the floor. The floor was dirty. It was really noisy, road noise etc. We were meant to stay a week but left after one night. The staff were pleasant.

The staff at the hotel especially Ms Lee was wonderfull with lots of good advise and help to make our stay perfect. She arranged our transport and bookings for the various attractions we wanted to see. The rooms are very nice,comfortable and quite. The staff at the pool and for breakfast are always present. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a happy holiday.
