Hoi An Odyssey Hotel & Spa

An amazing experience at Eightfold nothing was to much trouble the staff were so attentive kind and professional ensuring our stay was special. Phong was exceptional he will go far in this profession am sure! Food was wonderful and spa and swimming pool were too! The whole place is a peaceful paradise.

In a quiet area, the hotel offers all the comfort that is expected at very reasonable rates. Bicycles are offered for free which makes the centre of the city a short 3 minute ride away. The nice swimming pool is located in a pleasant garden. And the General Manager shows up regularly to check that everything is alright (a rare thing in hotels). All in all, a delightful experience.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Tam. She was absolutely amazing and spoke excellent English. She was excellent with her recommendations and kindness went way beyond. I would so recommend her to be more on the front line due to her expertise in English and knowledge.

We had an excellent 2-night stay at Odyssey Hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful - they gave us lots of local information when we arrived including a map of the area. They helped us to book tickets to the Memories show and to book a private car onto our next destination, for a very reasonable price. The laundry service was also very quick. We would especially like to mention Emily who was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and the pool area was so relaxing! We also booked a massage at the spa which was excellent. Our room was large, comfortable and cool. The location of the hotel is also very good - just a 10 min walk to the beautiful old town of Hoi An. We would definitely recommend Odyssey hotel and would love to visit again!

This medium sized hotel is just on the outskirts of the old town which is a very comfortable 5 minute walk away on flat ground. Situated in a lovely quiet area and perfect for relaxing, yet still being near the town. I’ve been to Hoi An a few times and this has been the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far, I am a solo female traveller. The hotel has a lovely family atmosphere and the staff are super friendly, welcoming and helpful, the manager is very professional and has a really good relationship with staff which reflects in the nice atmosphere around the hotel. I had a honeymoon suite which was very spacious, it had a lovely balcony with nice furniture, lovely to chill in the evening time, pity about the new resort being built in front of the hotel which does spoil the view but it’s not the hotels fault. I ate in the hotel a few times and it was delicious, good selection of Vietnamese and western food. Breakfast was lovely with a good variety of food. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby to choose from also. I didn’t use the pool, but the pool area is lovely to sit around during the day and sip on a cocktail if you just want to relax. I had an aromatherapy massage at the hotel which was the best massage I’ve ever had, I requested the therapist to be careful around areas I had injuries and she knew exactly how to treat the specific areas so I would highly recommend a treatment if staying here. The area is lovely to walk around and I was able to do a good 5k walk each morning and take a bike in the afternoon for a relaxing cycle to explore further afield. All in all, the hotel had everything I needed and I will definitely be booking when I return to Hoi An.
