Posto incantevole e poco turistico a due passi dal centro storico di Hoi An. Sulla spiaggia ci sono tantissimi locali carini dall’atmosfera rilassata. Consigliato!

Hien was really helpful and kind. The place was very pleasant and gave off Greek Island Vibes. Room was nice and bathroom was large. TV, AC and safe. Nice balcony views of the lane and communal lounge and close to the beach and other bars and shops. Bikes also available to ride into old town. Would stay again. Good value

Thus place is just magical , a beautiful heart family I am so happy and thankful to have met them and their lovely house by the beach❤️

Meine Erfahrung war nicht gut. Ich habe mein Zimmer bezogen und die Eigentümerin hat uns bestürmt wo wir essen können, wo Spa usw. Nachdem ich mich eingerichtet hatte und geduscht habe, war mein Bett mit vielen kleinen schwarzen größeren „Ameisen“ oder krabbeltierchen belegt. Nachdem ich sofort meine Sachen gepackt und der Vermieterin Bescheid gegeben hatte, bin ich ins neben Haus das ein Zimmer frei hatte umgezogen.

Familiengeführtes Homestay bei dem keine Wünsche unerhört bleiben. Hervorragend. Danke für alles.

I stayed longer than planned because I enjoyed it a lot. The host family set me up with anything I needed and I felt super safe and well taken care of. Room got cleaned every day, beach and bars are around the corner but it is still quiet so one can sleep without problems. Highly recommended!

Huyen Very friendly hosts, the whole family is involved and everyone is super nice and friendly. It's only a few meters to the beach. Value for money absolutely top for relaxed beach days. Several nice restaurants nearby, within walking distance. On the beach, if you stay overnight, you get free loungers and umbrellas, and of course beach towels. You can also order drinks on the beach. Laundry service on site if desired. She also arranges taxis and organizes, among other things, day trips with a private driver to the sights. All in all a nice local homestay. Too bad we were only there for two nights.

Really lovely little place run by a sweet family who operate out of the main house next to the garden in which the plain and simple but charming villas are. Peaceful spot 100 yards to the beach in the tranquil lanes that run parallel to the sea. Fruit and coffee for breakfast and they will also look after you on your sun lounger during the day. It’s up the quiet end of the beach which is nice too. Loved my stay here.

We stayed at Local Beach Homestay for 5 Days with Huyền and her lovely family. Great rooms with everything you need, less than 1 min to the best part of the beach, away from loud music and jet ski, lovely clean beach and warm clear water to swim. You can borrow bikes, rent scooters from Huyền also. Great breakfasts each morning, you will not find a better place with such nice hosts elsewhere! On my sons birthday Huyền arrived with a cake and candles, brilliant, relaxing, easy going hosts! Great entertainment for with Netflix Amazon Prime and YouTube too Lovely family thank you so much

I had a wonderful time. Homestay very close to the sea just a few minutes walk. The host is great, always helping us when needed. The room was spotless and comfortable. I will come back when I have a chance

A wonderful experience indeed! Beautiful, spacious rooms. A beach house design with a simplistic layout and features that flow easily throughout the house. Great lighting and practical. The bathroom is lovely, they have preserved the trees and it features in the bathroom. Expect friendly spider friends. Bathroom was stocked with shower cream, shampoo, and conditioner. Toothpaste and toothbrushes, beach and shower towels. Great shower, the bum gun is good. The breakfast menu offers a wide variety and the food is delicious. Big portions and you get coffee and juice. The owners are lovely. They try and help where they can and with anything they can. Rooms are serviced daily. Rooms are equipped with coffee, tea, water, a kettle, a stove, and a fridge. They do scooter rentals and provide helmets. Wifi is fast and stable enough for zoom and skype calls. Will definitely recommend this accommodation! Cảm ơn cả nhà rất nhiều ạ!
