breakfast is poor. coffee is terible. facilities are good though not maintaind as 5 starts hotel this is a 4 starts team is great location is oof the road and off the old city

I recently stayed at Ahoy Hoi An Hotel, and despite experiencing Typhoon Trami during our visit, the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. Thomas, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe and well-informed, keeping us updated on weather conditions and checking in regularly. Huyn, the service lady, was equally wonderful, always greeting us warmly and offering excellent recommendations for nearby dining and activities to enjoy when the storm passed. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-prepared for the challenging weather. Thanks to Thomas and Huyn, our two nights here felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hoi An!

Beautiful new hotel with very friendly attentive staff. Rooms fitted out very nicely with lovely bath. I loved the pool, very clean and pretty gardens. I like walking so for me it was a nice walk to old town and beach and easy straight down main road. Cheap if you want to use grab. It was great also to be able to use the bike to explore. I had a small operation while here and the staff were extremely helpful and attended to my needs. There is only one part of the new hotel open so it was beautiful and quite which was great for me this time. I’m guessing it will get a bit more busy in the future. Highly recommend and l hope to come back Thank you

部屋は清潔だが。全体的に暗くて、あまり居心地は良くない。バスタブも、暗い環境でトイレも近いし、ゆっくり寛げない。 廊下に窓があるのだが、私の部屋の位置が、ちょうど廊下の窓からバルコニーや部屋の中が見えてしまうので、通行人の顔が見えたりして、寛げない。 あとWi-Fiが少し弱い。 朝食も、味は普通か普通以下。あまり美味しくはない。8時頃に行ったが、それでも無くなってる料理が多数あり、補充も追いついていない。 スタッフが、全体的に対応や感じがあまり良くない。雑だったり、ぶっきらぼうな感じ。 チェックアウト後も自転車を貸してもらえ、ビーチに行ったが、近くのビーチは濁っている。 全体として、あまり快適ではなく、特におすすめしない。

조식 맛있었어요 ! 에어컨은 좀 약했지만 요청하니까 올려주셨구요 문 열고다니면 도마뱀이 들어올 수 있다는거 조심하시구요 전체적으로 친절하시네요

신규호텔로 매우청결하고 코지하게 예쁜곳입니다 수영장도 2곳이있고 둘다수영을즐기기 좋은 넓이와깊이입니다. 베딩도 습한거없고 테라스도있어 좋네요. 조식은 가짓수는 얼마없다라는단점이 있지만 메뉴다거를것 없이 먹을만하고 식당에어컨이 안나온다는게단점 냉풍기와 선풍기로 만족하면 좋은 경치보며 깔끔히 식사할수 있습니다. 나무며 꽃이며 잉어며 조경과 인테리어에 신경많이쓴듯 넓지않지만 말그대로 코지하게 멋과 미가있다. 안방비치해변과 올드타운 사이라 애매할위치일수도 있고 반대로 양쪽다 멀지않은거리에있어 다니기 편하다고 생각할수도 있습니다. 조용해요 새소리들리고 사람많지 않아 수영장 전세내서쓸수있고 그런장점이 있습니다.

호이안이 도마뱀 천국이라..도마뱀이랑 직은 벌래들이 많았지만..이런 환경적인 부분들만 제외한다면 완벽했습니다. 수영장도 깨끗히 관리가 잘 되어있구 직원분들도 친철했습니다. 특히 조식이 맛있었어요

Splendido resort, vicino al centro, ma molto tranquillo. È tutto nuovo e ben curato, camere molto grandi e accoglienti e le piscine sono veramente splendide per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Il vero punto di forza però è lo staff, sempre sorridente e accogliente, in particolare grazie Wendy, Thomas, Henry e Naomi che ci hanno aiutato durante tutto il soggiorno, organizzando tour, transfer e altre necessità. Assolutamente consigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel nella tappa ad hoi an del nostro viaggio di nozze. Sin da subito il personale si è preso cura di noi, mettendoci a nostro agio. La struttura è unica nel suo genere, immersa nel verde e con due bellissime piscine all'aperto. Camere spaziose e con tutti i comfort. Esperienza davvero gradita! Grazie mille a Thomas, Wendy e Naomi per la straordinaria accoglienza!

We have been traveling all through South East Asia for the past 5 months and the Ahoy Hoi An Boutique Hotel has to be one of our favorite places to stay. This is a 5 star hotel but the price does not reflect it as the cost is quite reasonable. The staff of Wendy, Naomi, Ken, Leo, Chloe and Thomas were outstanding. They met every one of our needs, were always helpful, smiling, friendly, courteous and willing to stop whatever they were doing to help us out. The room was spacious, clean, bed was super comfortable, a/c worked great, hot water and two shower heads along with a lovely bathtub. A balcony overlooking one of their two pools with plenty of seating and a beautiful tree in full blossom. The hotel is quiet, no noise whatsoever, the inclusive breakfast was very good and had everything anyone could want to eat from eggs made to order to fruit, yogurt, all sorts of breads and salads along with lots of local dishes to try. It is more like breakfast and lunch combined. The decor at the hotel is lovely with lots of places to sit and read. It is a wonderful place to relax but is also not far to the old town. They have a shuttle service or you can be adventurous and walk the 3 km. There are a ton of restaurants in this area some of which are excellent. Each time you head downstairs to the lobby the staff will greet you by name and either stop to chat or wish you well on your day. They are available to not only supply local information such as what is happening, where you can get tickets for shows, where things are etc and will call a driver for you or find answers to any questions you have. Out of the 30-40 hotels we have stayed at over the past 5 months this is up in our top 10. If you are planning a trip to Hoi An we definitely recommend the Ahoy Boutique Hotel.
