Bay Resort Hoi An

What an amazing resort. The breakfast, food, salted coffee and overall service is the best we’ve ever had! Cannot recommend this resort more. Perfect location, really gorgeous rooms and comfortable beds. The service is incredible, with twice daily cleaning and turn down bed time service. The spa was also beautiful and we had such a wonderful couples massage. Pool and pool bar and food was fabulous and we used these facilities daily as well as a well equipped gym! Thank you so much to the staff for making our stay so special!

Very convenient area where is close to the market and walking distance to the night market. The river view is good and the room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is good and the staff is nice and good customer service.

A luxury with a touch of the Old Town The Bay Resort Hoi An is conveniently situated near the Old Town of Hoi An. With a short 10 minute walk, guests can find themselves between the luxury of the Bay Resort and the historic town of Hoi An. The hotel offers an unobstructed view of the river, which can be enjoyed from a selected number of river view rooms or from the breakfast/restaurant place. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of Vietnamese style soups. The staff were accommodating and helpful in making guests feel welcomed and comfortable. The spa service is a must try, offering some of the best massages in Hoi An.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Excellent and friendly staff, Phuc and Tin provided particularly fantastic service and we especially enjoyed the traditional Vietnamese coffee making class out on by Tin. Definitely plan on staying here again in the future, it’s just outside the busiest part of Hoi An, you can rent bikes at the entrance of the hotel or bicycles from the hotel itself.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. This place is almost perfect: amazing location on the river and a short 5 min walk into Hoi An old town, great service from the friendly and polite staff (hat-tip to Harry on the front desk) for whom nothing is too much bother, a great pool with river views, a pool bar and cabanas, a small but perfectly-formed gym with high-quality equipment, great breakfast buffet that runs for 4 hours, the rooms are modern, very well finished and furnished and very comfortable, Aqua di Parma bathing products are a really nice touch. The room service menu is extensive and available 24 hours. The highlight is the Spa - normally I would seek out local spas that offer better value for money and a more authentic local experience but the hotel spa here is superb and very reasonably priced. All the trea**ents are of the highest quality and the massages were the very best (hat-tip to therapist Anh Hang - when you ask for a strong massage you will get one so be warned!). Another nice touch - you can grab a bike from hotel reception to tour the surrounding roads and old town. In terms of things that could be improved: the breakfast buffet could offer more veggie choices and this could easily be achieved by leaving the meat out of the dishes like salads and summer rolls, for example, as it tends to be a relatively inconsequential ingredient. I would definitely stay here again and am already planning a return trip later this year. One other thing to note: the access from the hotel to the old town is over a busy but narrow bridge with very narrow paths on either side - so not very easy to navigate with young children and very difficult with a pushchair so those with small children might wish to stay on the other side of the river for convenience. However, I am told this bridge will be pedestrianized early next year, when a new bridge further down the river is completed.

Everything's is perfect. Location, service, room! Very friendly staff. We received an upgrade with an amazing view at the river. One of the best hotels we stayed in! Free use of bicycles, good an various breakfast. Gym and nice pool! One little tip: please take in mind to regularly clean the tile joints and grout especially in the bathroom. Nevertheless everything is top top!!
