I had the pleasure of staying at Hoian Central Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by the staff (Jasmine, Lien (spelling could be wrong) and Anna. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast offerings were surprisingly varied and delicious. While the amenities were standard, the hotel's focus on service more than made up for it. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its commitment to integrity and customer care. After checking out, the staff discovered a Visa card left behind and promptly messaged me to arrange its return to my new hotel. This level of honesty and consideration is rare and truly appreciated. Thank you Hoian Central Hotel for an outstanding stay and exemplary service! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a warm and reliable experience. Rating: 5/5 stars

Il proprietario era molto entusiasta e professionale e ci ha detto alcune informazioni locali. L'hotel è anche molto pulito e comodo. Spero che il proprietario Vincent e la sua famiglia stiano facendo bene. Se si vuole venire a Hoi An, consiglio questo hotel! 💯

Convenient location, great breakfast, comfortable beds, excellent service from everyone that works there. They helped us with restaurants, shopping, and adventures. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back.

Perfettamente corrisponde alla descrizione , la dame à l’accueil parle anglais vous informe sur les excursions et réserve . Elle répond à la demande si besoin vraiment serviable. Très heureuse de mon séjour , je le recommande.

L'hotel è vicino al centro  Old Town. Il personale e il proprietario della famiglia sono molto amichevoli. Prezzo conveniente 

オールドタウンを観光したい方にとって、非常に便利な立地にあるホテルです。主要な観光地へは徒歩5〜10分ほどでアクセス可能です。 部屋は清掃が行き届いており、清潔感がありとても快適に過ごせます。Wi-Fiも安定しており、問題なく使えました。トイレやバスルームも非常にきれいで、シャワーの水圧やお湯の出も申し分ありません。 リーズナブルに宿泊したい方や、気軽にオールドタウンを楽しみたい方に特におすすめの宿です。朝食も複数の料理から選ぶことができ、満足度の高い滞在が期待できます。 ウェルカムドリンクが冷蔵庫に入っていますが水以外は有料なので、気を付けてください。

老闆很友善，還有兩衹可愛的狗狗，地理位置很方便走路不到5分鐘就到老街了 ，1分鐘路程還有一家KFC 還有很多美食都在附近。  住宿環境滿意：不特地挑的話 睡的安靜安心 👍🏻 （如果還有來會安我還會選擇這裏！） The boss is very friendly and has two cute dogs. The location is very convenient. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the Old Street. There is also a KFC in 1 minute and many delicious foods nearby.   Satisfactory accommodation environment: not particularly picky, quiet and peaceful sleep👍🏻 （If I come to Hoi An again, I will choose here again!）

La posizione è vicino al centro storico, ma ha un'atmosfera da vicolo locale. L'ultimo 4° piano? Anche in una stanza senza finestre, la luce del sole che entrava dal soffitto faceva sentire bene. Potrebbe essere migliore di City View perché è lontano dal trambusto del karaoke e delle biciclette.

Male scelta! Abbiamo scelto questa pensione per i suoi numerosi riferimenti. L’hotel è affascinante, ben situato, e l’accoglienza curata. Le camere - piccole - sono moderne, recentemente ristrutturate e molto pulite. Abbiamo prenotato 2 notti in loco. Ma la prima mattina, siamo stati svegliati alle 7:00 dal rumore: i proprietari hanno deciso di rinnovare e di spezzare le pareti della stanza sotto di noi. Martello piccante, colpi di massa, musica e urla degli operai... colpi impossibili da dormire! Abbiamo quindi capito perché eravamo gli unici clienti dell’hotel. Impossibile negoziare un partenza anticipata: 2 notti essendo prenotate d’avance abbiamo dovuto rimanere e soffrire la stessa cosa il mattino successivo. A pena des excuses, pas un geste commercial quand la lavage faite sur place était facturée 2 fois plus cher que’ ailleurs. Quel dommage.
