The hotel was a very pleasant ambient with very kind and helpful staff. The location is good with an easy walking distance from the most touristic parts. The pool was a very convenient amenity for refreshment after hot days tours. However, it has to be explained that the sauna requires additional charge, just like the spa and bike rent (very cheap, though). The bike is very useful for tours like the ones to the pottery village. Thank you to the team of the hotel!

La stanza è molto pulita, il personale è molto amichevole, penso che la cospa sia la migliore.Puoi camminare nella vecchia zona.La posizione può essere un po'caos, perché è un po' lontana dall'hotel della neve.La colazione è all'hotel, ma il tipo è buono, ma il sapore è buono

Отель новый, чистый, стильный, красивый. Расположение супер, очень удобно для прогулок по Хойану. Парень на ресепшен очень приветливый и внимательный. Мопед арендовали в отеле за 150 тыс. Завтрак по меню, количество позиций неограниченно, но не особо вкусный. Нам достался номер с дверью к соседям, их храп было отчетливо слышно. Было бы супер, если при бронировании была бы информация про «connection room”. В общем, отель рекомендую, сделан с душой и вниманием к деталям 👍

Owner is kind and welcoming

We stayed at Hoi An VI Khoa Villa for one night to explore the Hoi An Old Town. We felt at home. The owners are extremely professional, friendly, and nice. The room is large, tidy, and stocked with toiletries for guests. The bed sheet is so soft. The restroom is clean, spacious with rain shower head. The hotel is a one-minute walk from the night market, where you may ride a boat around the canal in the evening. The check-in and check-out process is simple and speedy. We arrived early and were able to deposit our stuff at the counter, go for a walk, and return. They do provide laundry service (50,000 VND per kg). The exchange money service offers competitive rates. They give a taxi to Da Nang for 300,000 VND. Motorcycle and bike rental are available at the hotel. Please note that there is no elevator so you may need to walk up and down the stairs. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time when I visit Hoi An. Dr. Niwech

Chúng tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ ngắn tuyệt vời tại nơi đây. Anh chị chủ nhà rất thân thiện và luôn nhiệt tình giúp đỡ chúng tôi mỗi khi cần. Phòng ốc luôn sạch sẽ và thoáng mát. Vị trí chỗ nghỉ là một điểm cộng với chỉ mất 7 phút đi bộ đến trung tâm phố cổ. Xung quanh cũng đầy đủ tiện ích tốt. Chúng tôi rất hài lòng với dịch vụ của Smart Garden Homestay. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu đến Hội An!

I’m impressed with the impeccable service from the receptionist (Ben) who is very friendly & helpful in all my enquires as he can also converse in English competently. The place is cozy, and my room is very clean and new and everything works just fine as what u get is what u actually sees in their advertising pictures! My room is actually on the 1st floor next to the indoor pool. Unfortunately the pool is small and only good for a cool dip from the hot weather in Hoi An during summer season now. This place is not too far from the old Hoi An town and u can take a leisurely 10 mins walk or cycle, as free bicycle rental is provided for its guests. At night the surrounding areas will start to bustle with activities with many eateries opening and also a nearby spa to pamper u all day and night at reasonable charges. I highly recommend this place for its ambience and standards of accommodation that is at a decent price. No regrets staying here for the 2 nights I spent in Hoi An!

Très bien séjour au Pham Gia villa ! L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de la vielle ville. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible en cas de besoin.
