I had such a wonderful stay at this charming hotel! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a warm, homey vibe that made me feel instantly comfortable — it felt like a perfect birthday gift to myself. 😄

The lobby and common areas are beautifully decorated with vibrant plants, cozy furniture, and colorful touches. I especially loved the curved blue sofa and the natural wood accents that gave it a retro-modern feel. The space is well-lit, clean, and feels lovingly maintained.

My room was compact but super cozy! The bed was comfortable, and the attached bathroom had a beautiful patterned tile design that gave it character. The room had everything I needed — aircon worked well, and the amenities were thoughtful. I loved the artistic lighting and the photo decor above the bed — small touches that made a big impact.

Glass partition with a stylish and clean design. Hot water worked perfectly and the water pressure was just right. It felt luxurious even in a modest space.

Chúng tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ ngắn tuyệt vời tại nơi đây. Anh chị chủ nhà rất thân thiện và luôn nhiệt tình giúp đỡ chúng tôi mỗi khi cần. Phòng ốc luôn sạch sẽ và thoáng mát. Vị trí chỗ nghỉ là một điểm cộng với chỉ mất 7 phút đi bộ đến trung tâm phố cổ. Xung quanh cũng đầy đủ tiện ích tốt. Chúng tôi rất hài lòng với dịch vụ của Smart Garden Homestay. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu đến Hội An!

La gente che sarà confortevole e costoso. In una piccola scatola, ci sono diversi camere. Prenotamo una grande stanza con balcone. Infatti, è una stanza accanto a una grande piazza, e la superficie è molto grande.
La reception è molto fruttata, l'inglese è buono, il mio inglese di plastica è abbastanza utile, haha.La reception non può cambiare il renminbi con il Vietnam. Il dollaro può essere. Molti luoghi in città antica possono cambiare il renminbi.

We stayed at Hoi An VI Khoa Villa for one night to explore the Hoi An Old Town. We felt at home. The owners are extremely professional, friendly, and nice. The room is large, tidy, and stocked with toiletries for guests. The bed sheet is so soft. The restroom is clean, spacious with rain shower head. The hotel is a one-minute walk from the night market, where you may ride a boat around the canal in the evening. The check-in and check-out process is simple and speedy. We arrived early and were able to deposit our stuff at the counter, go for a walk, and return. They do provide laundry service (50,000 VND per kg). The exchange money service offers competitive rates. They give a taxi to Da Nang for 300,000 VND. Motorcycle and bike rental are available at the hotel. Please note that there is no elevator so you may need to walk up and down the stairs. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time when I visit Hoi An.

L'hotel è stato un ambiente molto piacevole con personale molto amichevole e utile. La posizione è buona con una facile distanza a piedi dalle parti più turistiche. La piscina è stato un confortevole per il rinfrescamento dopo le viaggi di giorno caldo. È necessario spiegare che la sauna richiede un costo aggiuntivo, proprio come il bagno e l'affitto di bicicletta (molto economico, tuttavia). La bicicletta è molto utile per tour come quelli al villaggio di pottery. Grazie alla squadra dell'hotel!

UUtente ospiteI’m impressed with the impeccable service from the receptionist (Ben) who is very friendly & helpful in all my enquires as he can also converse in English competently.
The place is cozy, and my room is very clean and new and everything works just fine as what u get is what u actually sees in their advertising pictures! My room is actually on the 1st floor next to the indoor pool. Unfortunately the pool is small and only good for a cool dip from the hot weather in Hoi An during summer season now.
This place is not too far from the old Hoi An town and u can take a leisurely 10 mins walk or cycle, as free bicycle rental is provided for its guests.
At night the surrounding areas will start to bustle with activities with many eateries opening and also a nearby spa to pamper u all day and night at reasonable charges.
I highly recommend this place for its ambience and standards of accommodation that is at a decent price. No regrets staying here for the 2 nights I spent in Hoi An!

I had the pleasure of staying here for few nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed like family. Host greeted me with a warm smile and the room I stayed in was cozy, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The bed was soft, and I loved the personal touches, like local artwork on the walls. The shared spaces were also very clean and well-maintained, and it was nice to relax in the common areas after a long day of sightseeing.
The homestay’s location was also ideal – it was peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to major attractions and transportation. They also provided helpful recommendations for things to do in the area, which made my trip even more enjoyable.
Overall, this homestay gave me a truly authentic and personal experience. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to escape the typical hotel environment and experience a more intimate and cultural stay. I would definitely stay again!

UUtente anonimoPhòng ở rất gần phố cổ Hội An, cách phố cổ tầm 5-10p đi bộ. Vợ chồng anh chủ homestay rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Tuy nhiên bên homestay có giữ căn cước của khách thuê đến khi trả phòng, đến khi trả phòng mình và chị vợ đều quên thẻ căn cước 😅😅 nhưng sau đó anh chị đã gửi người mang lên sbay Đà Nẵng giúp mình 👍 rất cảm ơn anh chị.
Có góp ý nhỏ nhỏ nhẹ nhàng với anh chị là thay vì giữ thẻ căn cước của khách thuê, bên anh chị có thể chụp lại giống nhiều khách sạn khác, tránh việc khách quên lấy lại cắn cước cũng như tránh để anh chị không quên đưa lại căn cước cho khách thuê ạ 🫶🏻 chỉ là góp ý nho nhỏ mong là không gây khó chịu cho anh chị.

UUtente ospiteOur stay at this hotel in Hoi An was absolutely incredible, and the highlight of it all was the owner, Tuan. From the moment we confirmed our booking on Trip.com, he reached out personally, providing his WhatsApp contact to assist us with anything we needed.
We ended up booking all our airport transfers, tours, and transport directly through Tuan, and it was the best decision ever! He was super responsive, incredibly friendly, and completely transparent about prices—he even gave us a discount, making his rates cheaper than Klook. On top of that, he handled all the arrangements seamlessly, planning the timings and destinations for us, essentially acting as an amazing liaison and travel concierge while also being a fantastic hotel owner.
One thing we truly appreciated was that payment was only required at checkout, so there was no need to pay upfront. That level of trust made the experience even more pleasant. Plus, he even surprised us with a thoughtful souvenir before we left—such a kind and generous gesture!
Beyond his exceptional service, Tuan speaks amazing English and has the cutest daughter. His hotel is ideally located near Hoi An Ancient Town, especially close to the night market, so we could just take a lovely evening stroll for food and shopping.
And let's not forget the breakfast—an absolute treat! A wide selection of free-flow Vietnamese home-cooked cuisine that made every morning feel like a warm and hearty start to the day.
This was, hands down, a 10/10 experience, and we will absolutely be coming back again. If you're visiting Hoi An, stay here—you won't regret it!
